We were sold a tour to this hotel, like a 4* hotel!!!
They settled in the basement, claiming that these are STANDARD rooms on the basement floor . . Humid, stuffy, the windows are like loopholes under the ceiling. No refrigerator, no safe. . . After the scandal with the guides and with a surcharge of 156 dollars for the guides, we were transferred to the floor above. Terrible food, terrible attitude at the reception. How are they hired without knowing English!!!?? ?
