Rested in Sanya. The hotel is an economy option, a modest, budget option (it will do for an overnight stay, everything you need is there). The advantage of the hotel is its location (in the center of Dadonghai Bay, near the beach, cafes, shops, Pineapple shopping center ... ), the location is what you need. We flew on a last-minute tour, because we didn’t particularly choose the hotel, of the minuses there is a weak breakfast (but it’s still there), in general, the hotel is satisfactory, given that the tour cost us the price of the flight, and accommodation and breakfast is a bonus, so we stayed satisfied.

Hainan is amazing!! ! Amazingly beautiful nature (mountains, exotic vegetation everywhere ... , incredible beauty), clean sea, air, excellent climate ... )). We rested in the bay on Dadonghai beach, we also went to the beach in Yalong Bay (25.15 trolleybus - 7 yuan), the beach is gorgeous, wide beach strip, emerald-colored water ...I liked it very much. We went to the center of Nanshan Buddhism (25 trolleybus - 10 yuan, 55 bus - 13 yuan).

Entrance fee is 130 yuan for an adult, a ticket for children is cheaper), we really liked it (the statue of the goddess Guanyin is 108 m impressive, the statue offers a beautiful view of the island, beautiful temples, parks, forest ... ).

Of the local attractions, we also visited Tree Houses (25 trolleybus - 2 yuan, we went on a sightseeing tour for free) and Forest Park (free entry), climbed the steep steps up, there is a viewing gazebo at the top from which you can see the whole city at a glance . I recommend getting up before dark in the evening, meeting the sunset and then watching how the lights of the city of Sanya are lit, including the houses of the trees, it’s very beautiful.

Food - prices are normal, inexpensive (a large portion of noodle soup with lamb 15 yuan, rice with seafood 25, dumplings and french fries 10, shrimp half a kilo 38, beer 3-4 yuan. ) I recommend the cafe "At Lina". Fruits are inexpensive and very tasty (it is better to buy in the Pineapple shopping center, it is cheaper there).
Tea was bought in Wu Tanya's shop (from 20 yuan per 100 grams).

Tips for tourists: before you go to China, install WeChat (our Viber, Facebook, Instagram, Google...it doesn't work there, even with a VPN); download offline Maps maps. me (for orientation on the ground); also Google translator to Chinese (English won't help you there); the currency was changed at the hotel (the exchange rate is unfavorable for the guide and official exchange offices). I bought cosmetics at the Mineso store (in the Pineapple shopping center). We didn’t buy tours from a guide - it’s very expensive, we went on our own.

Summary - a hotel for a budget tourist is the most, I definitely recommend visiting Hainan - a must see !! !
