Was in the hotel for 18 days. A solid three, not a four. The windows are never washed, the street is hard to see. The rooms have fungus on the walls next to the shower. Cleaned every day, but the dust is not wiped. The staff is not rude, but no one speaks Russian, and not every shift understands English. There is no safe in the room. I imprudently left a plastic debit card in a suitcase under lock and key, there was also some money in reserve so as not to carry everything with me. In the middle of the term, I saw that a small padlock on the suitcase had been squeezed inside. I thought I pulled the key myself. I checked - the money is in place, the card is in place. I didn’t even pay attention, because it was impossible to withdraw money from an ATM in China with a card: it didn’t open international access. And when, after 4-5 days, I tried to renew an Internet subscription to Russian television using this card through the site, it turned out that there was no money on the card, and even the ruble was in a negative balance. The card, of course, was blocked by phone. Upon returning to Russia, it turned out that the money was stolen by three transfers in one day through a site in Korea. Only the hotel staff had free access to the room. In order not to be substituted, they didn’t touch the money, I would immediately raise a howl, but they took the card outside even without a pin code. This is such a fun vacation. A good Russian bank (Sberbank) then nevertheless returned the money, because the account was insured against fraudulent activities.
