The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Geneva, right on the waterfront of Lake Geneva (next to Kempinsky, Beau Rivage, Richmond). Two central streets with shops - a street with trams where democratic brands are located and rue du Rhone with elite boutiques is located on the opposite side of the lake, they are parallel to each other. It will take 15-20 minutes to cross or cross the bridge. If you want to be closer to the shops, it is better to stay at the Metropol Hotel, it is right in the street with shops.
The hotel itself is in a good English style, small, non-chain, loved by a respected public. A little gloomy, but it's not a shame to hold a business meeting or a business lunch here. More like old hotels of old traditions. I think that young people will not be very comfortable here. But respectable.
The rooms are small (as well as in other hotels in Geneva), but everything is spotless. As for me, I prefer the Hotel du Rhone, it is bigger and lighter, but this is my personal taste.
