We chose a hotel and a resort for a long time, since for several years now there have been problems with snow on N. G. Last year we were in Kitzbü hel and it rained for 10 days. As a result, we stopped at a crane montana, which is not entirely suitable for good skiers, since there are only 50 km of slopes throughout the resort and nearby. But given the large number of beginners and children, you can visit Montana Crane once. Now about the hotel - full G service. . . !! ! The hotel has been closed for renovations for over 3 years and therefore all the staff are new and untrained!! ! After a tough conversation with the hotel manager, different people began to approach us every 5 minutes and ask if everything was fine with us, and at the same time they could carry tea for 40-50 minutes and bring it after 2-3 times a reminder. Now in order:
1. The breakfasts are terrible, for a 5-star hotel there are simply none.
2. Room service is impossible to get through, there is no menu in English, the staff speaks terrible English, there is no elementary apple juice.
3. The maid, having entered the room with my permission, began talking loudly on the mobile while the child was sleeping.
4. They took the laundry and brought it when they wanted, they brought other people's things.
5. Dirty glasses and glasses were taken away, clean ones were never delivered, in the end I had to buy disposable ones.
6. In the evening, the rooms are cleaned after one, the water is put when it is not.
7. Some parts of the hotel are still being renovated.
8. The fireplace in the main bar smokes so it is impossible to enter the hotel. In the end, it just didn't light up.
9. There is no elevator for staff, constantly maids with carts climb into the common elevator and often one of them is already riding in the elevator.
10. The restaurant has terrible food, the staff is zero, they ordered chicken soup for the child, as a result, after 1.5 hours and curses brought boiled chicken. Instead of 3 soups they brought 3 salads, you can continue indefinitely, the children in the restaurant for the first time in their lives refused to eat pasta!!!
11. There is no elementary soap and shampoo in the shower of the pool and sauna.
12. There is so much chlorine in the pool that after the first bath, 8 bathers developed skin irritation.
13. In a restaurant, the waiters simply don’t know the basics, if you ask for water, they bring a bottle and put it in front of you, they bring food, they don’t give you cutlery, you need to be reminded of everything several times, while managers come up more than 10 times in the evening and ask if everything is OK and when you speak what is not, they are even more stupid and just disappear.
14. The first days we took a shuttle to the ski lifts, especially since we had a lot of children riding, but after a couple of days they said we won’t carry a lot of people, so get there yourself.
15. Poor cleaning, constant dust in the rooms, apparently after
renovations will wash the hotel for a long time, yesterday's sausages and dirt may be lying on the floor in the restaurant, even an 8-year-old child laughed at this.
16 In the rooms it blows very strongly from the sliding window sashes and the air is so dry that you had to take a bath of water and hang it around the bed with wet towels, but it still doesn’t help, everyone drank a bottle of water during the night.
17. There are a lot of stocks, but there are pluses - the hotel is well located, near the ski lift and a gorgeous view from the hotel.
I hope someday the hotel will live up to its stars, but we don't think we'll find out, because we won't even go there for free, not to mention that the night in a standard room cost more than 1000 Swiss francs.
