1) Nutrition. The food is tasteless. I had a custom menu. On the leaf where you have to choose food, they write: "Pridneprovsky lettuce, Polessky lettuce, Belarusian lettuce, Mosaic lettuce, Dandelion lettuce, Known lettuce" AND WHAT'S IN THEM, THEY DO NOT WRITE! The cooks don't know what a schnitzel, stuffed cabbage is. They wrote to me, but they bring something completely different. Hercules is not cooked, cutlets from g @ vna. No coffee machine, no cold water to dilute tea or just drink. The only plus is fresh fruit (pears, apples, oranges with pips). By the way, here is dinner from 18:00 to 19:00, but the main course is brought somewhere around 18:30. The waiters don't do their jobs. It happened that they confused the food of the visitors.
2) Number. Again, there are more cons than pros. The curtains are half closed, so at 6 am the sun shines in the eyes in full. In some rooms they put 2 soaps, for some reason I have one, the bedside tables are dirty, the same as the closet. The beds are terribly fastened. The doors in the toilet do not close, in general there is a gap. Of the pluses - a large refrigerator, there are mirrors, lamps, no TV, sockets near the bed.
Room cleaning after 2-3 days. Bed linen is changed once a week
3) the territory of the sanatorium is well-groomed (although I saw how the gardener spat in the flowers), there is a market not far from several stalls, a pharmacy, a post office, shops. There are sun loungers on the territory of the resort, but spiders and beetles live under them, I do not recommend lying on them.
4) The staff is complete, rude, rude all the time, they don't do their job!! ! The administrator during the working day left for 50 minutes! Iron was not to take! Where he wandered, even at the reception did not know. Bar "Krynichka" closes 15 minutes ahead of time. Bar prices are normal. The aunt, who works on inhalation, is rude, not initiated into the affairs of the sanatorium. The dispatcher, who is old, was also rude (only the red-haired one seems to be normal, she explained everything, unlike the old one). The nurses do not explain when and how to take the pills, they start talking nonsense to my questions. When I had a temperature of 38, they told me: “Bad” and left, they didn’t come back and didn’t say anything what to do, what to drink. (Short haircut and white nurse are not professional, with dark blond curly hair with glasses like normal). Absolutely all the staff do not have badges, when they communicate with visitors, they do not introduce themselves as their names. They recruited anyone from the street to work with visitors to the sanatorium. Just tin!
5) In the sanatorium, 30% are sick with coronavirus! But they try to hide it. When I was healthy, I asked them if there was such a thing that someone fell ill with the corona, to which they answered me that this had never happened. And when I did get corona, it turned out that 30% of them were like me!
A sanatorium for the profile of respiratory diseases, but they said to my coronavirus: "We will not treat you here. " I got sick on the 12th day, and the nurse (with a short haircut) says that I supposedly got sick not here. If only they were left behind. I asked for a coronavirus test on Friday, to which they replied that the next appointment was only on Tuesday.
6) The fire alarm was constantly working in the sanatorium! SO LOUD THAT NOT ANYONE WILL SURVIVE. For 14 days - it worked 5 times (2 times at night), people almost died, including me.
7) Discos are terrible. Every day the same music, you can’t order music, as you can in other sanatoriums.
8) In the locker rooms for the pool, for some reason, the window is always open. When you come back from the pool, it is very cold there. They don't care about the health of their clients.
In conclusion, I want to say that this sanatorium is not worth your health. You will not improve it, but worsen it 100%, if not with a crown, then with a loud fire alarm !! ! Never go there. I went there for free as an auditor. Final rating 2 out of 10.
I vacation here every year. Once again I arrived at the sanatorium late in the evening, but after getting out of the taxi, I was glad to see the lights of lanterns and lights on the territory, which made the first impression fabulous and unusual. Met the duty officer and politely explained everything about accommodation and registration.
In the morning I met the maid KOZLOVA VALENTINA PETROVNA. This is a sympathetic, kind, understanding and polite person. It was nice to see her every morning. She, like the sun, beautiful, well-groomed, appeared every day. The sight of her always raised my spirits. Thank you for the positive and kindness of my soul. And, of course, for the conscientious performance of my duties.
The attending physician Golubeva I. V. is very attentive and polite. The medical staff always conscientiously performed their duties. I would like to say a big thank you to the massage therapist (room 19) Tatyana.
I always enjoyed going to the phytobar. An excellent oxygen cocktail was offered by the attendants.
The food is good (compared to other resorts). Many thanks to the chefs.
The territory is large, well-groomed. Everywhere flowers.
Of course, the rest will be positive when you yourself are in a good mood! Walk more, go to the banks of the Dnieper. There is a holy spring with water there. For a positive - you can try a barbecue on the territory of the summer dance floor with pleasant music.
Make new friends, relax and enjoy life! .
Therefore, take a room in the 2nd building. Renovated rooms for euro-renovation in the "northern" wing (you can figure it out by the sun and the new tiles in the corridor : )). The higher the number of storeys, the better the situation and things. Accordingly, the windows in the rooms face east and west. Who is not used to the bright sun through the window (east side) in the morning - take a blindfold with you from home. In reality, the curtains do not darken anything in the morning, it is not possible to sleep. They give 2 pillows to each, thick and dense, I would call it like "foam rubber" - springy and swaying + it's also hot to sleep on them.
There were a lot of midges. They eat strongly and more often than mosquitoes. Locally sold means against "flying" practically do not help at all. There are only 3 types of them here - cream, pshikalka and Raptor-type plates, and be careful when buying the latter - locals sell them at the Post Office with a long expired expiration date. Who is unbearable and highly sensitive - take your proven products FROM HOME, especially "smoky spirals". They simply don't exist anywhere. There are no anti-mosquito nets on the windows, only the attendants have anti-mosquito nets in some places. Midges fly in them from the flight - you can take gauze with you. Buy Scotch here.
Yes, a disco and barbecue area is located ~ 100m from building No. 2 and the windows of the east side of the north wing overlook it. Moreover, the closer the time is to 23:00, the louder the music is made with the bang on the subwoofer. Consider this if you are with young children, elderly or early bedtimers. They can calmly for themselves ("at the request of all vacationers") and arrange until 24:00-00:30 - like "meeting on the 1st, summer, autumn, big check-in, big check-out... ". Write a complaint to their "book of suggestions" - maybe it will finally reach the organizer that the speakers of the music center should be directed towards the forest, and not at the windows of the sleeping building. But no, they are slow-witted - they put up a tent-tent at the end of the site near the forest and turn on the music on it and the body, respectively.
But the room with windows to the west also has its own zest - a strong heating of the entire room by the end of the day.
There are no air conditioners in the rooms. They stand only in the common rest rooms in the medical department and in the phytobar near the dining room. Be careful after the heat - do not catch a cold. It freezes hard, the control panels are hidden.
They are not allowed to take dishes out of the dining room (with food to the room), but if you ask, you can. But keep in mind - their memory for faces is very good and they will definitely ask back. A local feint - they may not report the taken cutlery (spoon, fork) - like they promised to return everything back. And if not, then eat with your hands; )
There is one more feint in the dining room - At the Entrance, they leave a tray with various salad snacks (sea, sauerkraut, stewed cabbage... ) at the Entrance and do not speak while eating. When you finish dinner, you go out - it costs almost a whole, and there is already nothing to try.
For an afternoon snack, they give pastries with juice or milk. But if you don’t come, they don’t pour it into cups and won’t stand until dinner. Baking is waiting for you. Therefore, take a screw-on container with a wide neck with you and send your own to take it with you.
Well, the main thing is Payment and Local Money.
It is better to pay for a ticket by bank transfer in Russian by card (Visa, Maesto, ... ). Otherwise, when paying in cash, local Belarusians charge 30% more. The cheapest 2-bed (but normal) room in bldg. No. 2 costs 960 rubles per person (from 12 days with treatment).
The official rate was 176-182 Bel. R. for our 1 rub. But they themselves run very hard for our rubles and other currencies.
"Changers" are constantly working in the lobby of 2 exchangers. They offer 185 each. And they constantly try to outbid and take them aside. And everything is supposedly quiet, almost in a whisper and looking around - they seem to be afraid of control. In fact, they are all competitors there and change for themselves 200 (and in some places even more) of them for 1 of ours - that's why they buy our rubles all - starting with cashiers, cleaners, doctors, and guides, drivers, etc. d. etc.
The lowest rate - during check-in - Sat. , Sun. , Mon. Evaluate the lack of sunburn and that they still do not know anything from local conditions. Yes, and for some reason, vacationers need to immediately pay for everything and all procedures. DON'T FOLLOW. You can pay at least one procedure. Only take a few "statements-receipts" from the sisters for payment at the box office.
By the end of the week, the "exchanging money changers" begin to fuss - less and less Russian rubles go to them, but they have a Plan, work is on fire - they are proteges here - money must be paid for the place of work. They start from the service personnel and buy from each other even more expensive.
You ask the exchange rate from several different local people AND ONLY THEN YOU SAY THAT YOU WILL GO TO CHANGE WITH ANOTHER COMPETITOR, so the exchange rate is immediately increased. And you yourself choose who you liked more - a girl from the service staff or a man with teeth on the roll out or an aunt with golden chains wound around her neck.
Everything is the same with dollars... The official rate is 4'970-5'050 Belarusian rubles for 1 dollar. Men-changers offer 5'200 from 100 dollars. By the end of the week they are already changing at least 5-10 at the same rate. Attendants calmly buy 5'500 at least 1 dollar.
In fact, in the cities and among themselves, the calculations go from 6'000 BYR. In Minsk, in the Central Department Store - GUM, next to the exchangers, people are sitting on the lists in line to BUY ANY currency - they took 6'200 with their hands. Who was at the end of the queue staged an auction and bought 6'600 for 1dol.
The local population (the one that really works on its own) is very positive about small foreign currency - they calmly buy for 1 dollar, and for 50 rubles, and for 10 rubles. Because people are now paying with them and saving up for themselves to fight inflation. Money-changers-hucksters fall into a stupor at the sight of a bundle of money for 10 rubles (1.000 rubles in total) - they have nowhere to shove it into shorts under a T-shirt. They are only afraid of the tax - it is strong with them (and in terms of the fight against outbids). Bring these with you - you will laugh at their fuss.
If normal people are spotted for $ 1-5.50-100 rubles. - do not touch. Moreover, for the past 2 months, since April, the population has been allowed to handle foreign currency for themselves.
