The cleaning lady who came to us all week just to make the bed and throw out the trash, but never changed the bed and didn't vacuum (I'm already silent about dirty mirrors and glasses). The hotel is incredibly dirty! The pools stink of chlorine and the Germans hang out with volleyballs all the time. The cleaners do not hesitate to break into the room, even if the "do not disturb" sign is hanging....in short, the service is just SUPER! The Germans hang around all night and yell and break down the doors. There is no security, anyone can enter the hotel freely.
