Отличный отель Excellent hotel

Traveled with a large group. Upon arrival, an unpleasant surprise awaited us: the check-in of 2 people was not at the Pliska Hotel, but at the Shipka Hotel, due to the fact that in Pliska all the rooms are occupied, although according to the agreement, the check-in is in Pliska. There is a separate conversation about Shipka, a specific garbage dump. For two days anyway we lived with friends in Pliska. Who will be interested in reading about the Shipka Hotel, read my review about it along with a photo. After 2 days, the problem with the hotel was resolved and we were settled in Pliska. All inclusive package! I am very satisfied....everything is clean, cleaning is carried out responsibly and in a timely manner, polite staff. The kitchen is simple, but as a person I am not picky, I ate everything with pleasure))) Separately, I want to highlight the work of bartenders and waiters!! ! Guys and girls are just smart, responsible and diligent! ! Stefan, Christy, Koko, Nikolay are the best!!!! ! During the rest, we became friends, now we miss it)))) In a word....choosing this hotel, you will not regret it, I think only pleasant memories will remain !!! ))))
