The appearance of the hotel corresponds to the photos that are on the Internet. The only good thing about this hotel is the really nice big rooms. But the rest is not very good: we arrived at 10 am in the settlement room for about 3 days, for 8 days that we were there we never changed towels and bedding, if you don’t know a foreign language I advise you not to go there at all, the staff is all English-speaking, and what they write everywhere about the fact that in Bulgaria everyone understands the Russian language is not true, at least in this hotel no one spoke Russian or pretended not to speak. The food is the same. The pool is small for such a hotel. In general, the impression of the hotel is not the most pleasant.
