We returned on 02.09. 2018, there were two weeks. Lily does not pull 4 stars, neither in comfort nor in service. The carpets in the corridors and rooms are dirty, dusty, the synthetic blankets are heavy, old, dirty, the pillows are uncomfortable. Cleaning is very strange, they only change towels, and even then you need to leave for three hours, if you post a request on the door to be removed, then the towels will be changed, otherwise two or three wet towels hang in the shower room. The curtain in the shower is flimsy, the cheapest, while taking a shower does not hold water, the entire shower is wet and the towels are wet, in short, a complete disgrace. And the most terrible thing lies in the following: in the hotel, some rooms, the windows of which overlook the rumbling point of air conditioners, located on the side. There is such a roar, as if you are at the airport. We were settled in such a room, the first night I almost went crazy, because it was simply impossible to sleep from this roar, but I paid for a room with a sea view. Got it with a tree view and rattling air conditioners. The room was changed, but only to the first floor, it is clear that there was no longer any view of the sea. But when it was necessary to vacate the number, they called, knocked, reminded me of the time several times within five minutes. All in all, a complete disappointment. The food is also so-so, they don’t really bother to diversify the menu, and the dessert is generally terrible, they don’t spare sugar, but there is no taste, they also apparently save money. I would not recommend Lily to anyone.
