We rested with a friend in Bulgaria at the Excelsior Hotel from September 15 - 29.2008. Was the second time in Bulgaria.
The hotel is decent (almost only Germans), the food is just super. The staff is welcoming and friendly
(special thanks to Petya Markovskaya at the reception), they speak Russian fluently.
The rooms are clean, cleaned regularly (even when it was not required). The sea is not far away.
Recommended. All pleasant rest and positive emotions.
