It was the first time in Bulgaria. The hotel and the resort itself left a good impression. Biblio Globus tour operator, Transaero flight, everything is just perfect. We flew for six days, that was enough for us. Meals: meals were taken by BB - a choice of dishes for everyone (vegetables, fruits, salads, fried bacon, sausages, sweets. Every morning the cook made pancakes and omelettes, but at breakfast a lot of people came to the end of breakfast, ate found a place. The restaurant has children's corner. Rooms: the room was good, on the sixth floor, we had an iron, upon request they brought a dryer to the balcony, an ironing board, a refrigerator, a safe, a kettle and a set for it, a TV. They cleaned every day, put only one bottle of water once, the bed linen was changed after about 3 days. The cleaning lady didn’t clean very well, at the beginning they left her money, but then they didn’t. Our room was overlooking the garden, it’s even better, you don’t hear noise. We slept great. Staff attentive at the reception, they try to immediately solve all the problems. They try to speak Russian. The contingent of tourists: there are a lot of Romanians, there are Ukrainians, Poles, Turks, Russians. At the hotel you can exchange currency. The course is normal. The hotel is not located on the first line, but you can walk to the beach slowly in 15 minutes, but there are a lot of people there, we went to the paid one. There are many cafes and restaurants around, there are places to eat, many shops. I liked it in Bulgaria, but probably won't be going back there soon.
