Отель плохой, не понравилось Bad hotel, didn't like it

Before leaving a comment, I want to say that I am not picky, as I have not been anywhere. We are the second time in Bulgaria. But there is already something to compare.

I'll start with the good - the hotel has good and friendly staff, a good pool. This is the only good thing to say about this hotel.

As for the room - it's not at all what you would expect from three stars. Especially the toilet with shower. We were placed in a room with no air conditioning. We asked to be moved to another room. The refrigerator in this room no longer worked. But the truth is then they brought a working refrigerator from the previous room. The air conditioners here are very, very old. I have never seen such old ones anywhere. It barely works, the room was not cooled very well.


The bathroom is a nightmare. There is a toilet along with a shower. When you take a shower, the toilet is in the water. I don't even know how to describe it. That is, water does not have time to flow out through the hole in the floor. When you go to the toilet, your feet are in the water. There is nowhere to hang a towel because all the hooks are broken. I've never seen anything like this.
As for the cleaning of the room - for the entire stay at the hotel, we did not wait for it. Twice they took out the trash. The towels were never changed even though I asked for it several times.

The food at the hotel is ok. They weren't particularly pampered. Meat and fish in its pure form were given little. There were some semi-finished products. But they were not hungry.

The atmosphere in the hotel is always noisy. There are a lot of people during check in. This means that the rooms are always not ready on time.

The hotel is not recommended!
