Rested at the Berlin Golden Beach Hotel 4 * in early June 2021. I will note at once that I liked the rest, satisfied with almost everything.
First, check-in: we arrived at 6.00 am, checked in at 9-10 am (although check-in from 14.00), for which I thank you very much. First impression - the staff is very friendly, there were no problems with communication, they speak English, Russian without problems. I would like to mention Anna Yosypivna @berlinhotelsbulgaria, the manager, who is a very friendly and pleasant person who makes every effort to resolve the issue. Satisfied with the room, quite large, overlooking the sea. Our room was in sector B, even rooms, as I understood, with a view of the forest, not even - with a sea view. We left at 11.00 (things were left near the storage room), although the departure was at 18.00, lunch was not included that day, BUT we were kindly allowed to have lunch and bracelets were not removed, ie we used the bar until departure, for which too thank you very much.
In terms of food, hotel guests were divided into 3 shifts to avoid the crowd (you could choose the most acceptable time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). The food is delicious and varied. I repeat, the staff is very friendly. The bartenders at the bar are also very nice, they remember their preferences, I especially want to mention George.
There are 2 swimming pools, without heating. We were a little unlucky with the weather (it was cool), so if there was heating, everyone would be happy.
Wi-Fi is quite normal, from the beach you could talk freely.
The animators also did not sit, entertained children and adults.
So, in general, I am satisfied.
