I would like to warn everyone, never visit this hotel in your life, I close my eyes to the situation - this is not three stars, plus of course the old district. The rooms are old, the shower doesn't work, the towels are grey. But that's not the point. Stopped here for just one night. On the way home from Tsarevo.

But this was enough to draw such conclusions. A 3-year-old child has a swelling in the knee area. There is insurance. Went to reception. We somehow asked a girl (who doesn't speak Russian at all) to call back the phone number indicated in the insurance (local number + free line). She said that no one speaks Russian. And we couldn't explain anything to anyone. After asking the girl to still find out by this number how we can use the insurance, a young arrogant man appeared (judging by his manner of talking with the staff - the owner). Yelled at her in front of us for making the call. And that they can do nothing to help us. And in general, you have to pay for the call (to a free line). We didn't pay anything as a matter of principle. 2lv left upon check-in. Abroad, not the first and not the second time. But we have never seen such rudeness.
