In principle, the hotel is for those who need to travel further (near the airport bus station) and who came (like us) for shopping in Mol.
We booked a studio. The administrator said that 2 adults + 2 children (7 and 10 years old) will fit in it. NOT TRUE!!!
The room has 1 double not very wide bed + pull-out armchair. It was very crowded.
The windows overlooked a nearby residential building. There was an air conditioner in the room (but it was apparently not cleaned for a long time), we could not use it because of the dust it generated.

For breakfast they served a couple of pieces of boiled and dry sausage, cheese (disgusting quality), yogurt, croissant and coffee.
