We are currently living in this hotel. This is not the first time in Bulgaria. There is something to compare, we were in a more expensive hotel, with a chic design of the entire complex. Of the minuses of this hotel is the late check-in of vacationers (arrived at 8.30 and waited until 14.00). And so very cool. The room is clean, bright and comfortable. Daily wet cleaning (! ) (which was not even in an expensive hotel), change of linen after 5 days. Bed linen is white, without stains, with a pleasant smell. The staff understands the Russian language well, always smiling, friendly, friendly. The maids constantly try to maintain cleanliness in the room and on the floor. There is a lot of greenery around the hotel, even a family of turtles runs around. Two pools (paddling pool and for adults), constantly chlorinate the water. The sea is very close. All shops within walking distance. It is profitable to buy groceries and ready meals in the Mercury hypermarket. We are very pleased that we got to this hotel.
