We had a flight to Burgas in the early morning, departure at 7:30. But unfortunately I had to stay at the airport (a defect of the I FLY company, this is the TEZTUR airline) and the flight took place only at 12:30. Accordingly, in Burgas were only at lunchtime. The transfer was well organized, we got to the hotel quickly. I had to stay at the Panorama Hotel for another 15 minutes, because the room had not yet been cleaned. Although I repeat, we were late and arrived much later than the appointed time. Well, okay, we waited, drank some water, and went to settle.
We were settled not in the Panorama Hotel, but in the building located across the house - MARINA PARK. The Panorama Hotel rents apartments there, because they don’t have their own (only single-double rooms). But we were even very glad that we were settled like that. The apartments are good, there is everything you need in the room (washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishes, iron, ironing board, floor dryer for clothes, bed linen for two beds, clothespins, a broom with a dustpan and a mop). Absolutely everything to live independently without the help of a hotel. The room consists of a bedroom and a living room, it is also a second room and a kitchen in combination. Lots of space and very comfortable.
Settled in, began to settle down. At first, in addition to the sea, we went to the pool of the Panorama Hotel (we could use the pool of the Panorama Hotel and Marina Park). But when we went to the Marina's pool, the conclusion was drawn immediately - only he. At the Panorama, the pool is small, not deep, and the most unpleasant thing is DIRTY. It is cleaned every 3-4 days, flies swim in it, all sorts of bugs, leaves from trees and all sorts of crap that the wind brings. There is a lot of sand at the bottom. In Marina Park, the pool is long, about 20 meters; clean, the greatest depth is somewhere around 1.6 -1.7 m; very comfortable and pleasant. By the way, you can swim at night, the pool is illuminated and you can see everything. And the water is very warm.
They fed us in Panorama, because. We treated them anyway, only lived in a different place. The food was very scarce. There was little meat, and fish in general only once in 11 days. And then, our neighbors (they flew there together, met on the beach, became friends), got poisoned by this fish just on the eve of flying to Moscow. My family and I are picky eaters, so we were always full. But, nevertheless, I wanted more meat and variety. There were fruits, watermelons, melons, apricots, plums. But everything is in a not very large quantity, and when something ended, it was necessary to wait until they brought it.
We were given one key upon check-in. We are three adults. When we first approached and asked for another key, we were told that it was not there. In total, they say, two: one with us, one with the maid. We kept pushing for a second key for us. Left our key in order to make a duplicate. We arrive, we are told that in order to make a duplicate, you must be the owner of the property, and not the tenant. It seems that there is another company that makes keys, and everything will be fine. Left, went to the sea. Come, really give two keys. We approach the number, we try to open it with a “duplicate”, it does not fit into the keyhole at all. A completely different key from a different lock. Already tired with this key, we decided to rest with one. At dinner, they gave a "duplicate" and said that it did not fit at all. At the same time, the hotel employee was not surprised and he calmly took him away without further ado. We realized that we could not see the second key.
I repeat that despite the fact that we lived in apartments, we belonged to the Panorama Hotel, so the hotel provided us with all the services: food, cleaning, etc. So, we live for 5 days - no one comes to us. Toilet paper is running out. After the incident with the key, there is no desire to contact the reception - we “steal” paper from the toilet on the first floor of the hotel. Then we decided to apply anyway. And then we are told that the maid does not have a key to our room. THIS IS HOW I HAVE A QUESTION????? ? We were told that the maid has the key???? ? We leave ours to be removed. We're going to the sea. Come, O LORD, we better not ask to get out. The bedding was changed, but not at all as it should have been: they simply left the bedding on the bed, washed the floors and threw all the dirt (sand, hair) into the toilet - they didn’t get to wash it off, they didn’t put toilet paper again. We swear, we change the bed linen and at dinner we say that we need toilet paper. Give almost immediately three rolls. Here, in fact, the moments that spoiled the overall impression of the hotel.
The hotel is small and quiet. Designed for a relaxing holiday. His husband and wife keep him, his son works at the reception, another guy (maybe also a relative) works in the kitchen, and his young pregnant wife also helps at the reception. The owner (if that's who I'm thinking of) smokes, drinks beer and acts arrogant. The wife helps in the kitchen, cleans the territory. But there is also arrogance. The only girl, Tamara, who works in the kitchen (collecting dirty dishes from the tables), made a good impression. Very correctly approached the table for dishes, without interfering with the meal. She smiled all the time. Lovely girl.
Bulgaria itself made a very pleasant impression. Nice resort Saint Vlas. Calm, measured. Excellent climate. There is no suffocating heat and stuffiness (for all the time they never turned on the air conditioner). It is hot during the day, pleasantly cool in the evening and at night. Not expensive housing can be bought - a million options. You can also rent apartments. The longer you rent, the more profitable, 3-4 months. Had a wonderful rest. Most likely we will come again.

I went with the desire to stay in a quiet, peaceful place and live in a cozy little hotel. The expectation was fully justified. Thanks to the owners of the hotel for cleanliness, coziness and comfort! It is no coincidence that couples from Norway, Denmark, Sweden come there for a long period and not the first year.

It’s a pity that the impression of the holiday was spoiled by two crazy compatriots who either demanded buckwheat for lunch, or called the police (the uncles arrived and could not understand why), or poured water from the balcony on vacationers below on the veranda... Why are they let out? And then we wonder why foreigners treat us badly. True, these ladies often repeated the words about compensating money for their "spoiled" vacation... But the question arises of who should pay compensation to whom: the owners of the hotel were shocked by such behavior, and we burned with shame for our fellow citizens...
