Spacious rooms and new furniture - this is where the advantages of the hotel end. Monotonous food, which on the n-th day begins to bother so much that you don’t even want to approach the dining room; almost no fruits are given, meat was on the menu twice in two weeks, the rest of the time - minced meat and chicken. And this is not so bad - the hotel does not consider it shameful to serve moldy bread and sour watermelon to guests !! ! And this is in the children's camp! In response to the claims of the parents, the chef answered us something along the lines of. you got it, impudent Russians. Approaches of children for the second portion of food are stopped - the waiters tell the children that you have already eaten! Staff are rude, rude. The reception does not speak Russian, requests are practically ignored. The cleaning in the rooms is bad, they started cleaning my room normally only a few days later, after I demanded a rag and a bucket to put the room in order myself, because it was no longer possible to live in a dirty room.
