This is a 4 storey hotel. we lived on the top floor (we were vilely moved there) - low ceilings - apparently it was made from an attic or attic... our room was tiny. The bed is very!!! ! hard. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV and air conditioning. There is a wardrobe, table, bedside table. We had a tiny balcony with a plastic table and two chairs. Places catastrophically small, but still nice.
Bath and toilet together, shower - well, just a shower, you stand on the floor (probably in many rooms and hotels this is the case - there is no experience). hot water was all the time. The problem with flushing the toilet (pardon the details), but we filled a basin and flushed (in principle, this is not so problematic).
The room is clean, the frequency of cleaning did not track, but the garbage was taken out every other day.
But in principle, I can’t say anything bad - we weren’t in the room very often, so there weren’t any problems.

located very close to the beach (although there was no sea view). 5 minutes to the beach - and there already along the beach where you like it best. the street is quiet, not big.
there is a cafe on the ground floor, but we didn’t eat there, so I can’t say anything, but there, like everywhere else, they offered set meals (about 5 lev - standard).
there are also apartments and studios - I haven’t been in them and I can’t say anything.
My conclusion is what you pay for is what you get. This is not the most expensive hotel, but with amenities. if you do not plan to sit in it all day, then it is excellent, as it is close to both the beach and the city center.
