Stayed for 10 days with a friend at the Casa del Mare Sozopol from 08/06/2012 to 08/16/2012. Initially, we were looking for a hotel with a sea view. We chose this hotel, booked a ROOM WITH SEA VIEW (Sea view - it was indicated in the itinerary receipt), paid. We arrived in Sozopol, but they didn’t bring us to the hotel, we had to carry our suitcases 500 meters along the paving stones - this was the first bell. But, inspired by the rest and in anticipation of the sea view from our room, we smiled and went to the reception. There was a guy at the reception who didn't even turn his head until we called him. Having received the keys, we go into the room and see that this is some kind of mistake, because the windows of the room overlook the city road, and the balcony, instead of a sea view, shows us a "cute" view of the playground, with small and screaming children. When we asked to be upgraded to a room with a sea view, which we PAID for, the guy (who, like the rest of the hotel staff, kept his name hidden) said "That's the sea view! In our hotel it's considered a "see view". It didn’t fit in our heads, having arrived on vacation, we didn’t expect that we would be “bred” according to some absurd, primitive fraudulent scheme! Instead of taking a shower after the flight and going to wet our feet in the sea, we tried to defend your rights. The next day, after verbal battles and numerous requests to the meeting party, we were moved to a room overlooking the sea. But only for 7 days. 3 days before departure, we were told in command uniform to vacate the room and return to the "suite" with a view of the screaming children and the roadway. The hotel manager, also a very secretive lady, with leaking ink, in a dirty T-shirt and with a very disgusting face, began to raise her voice at us, and scolded that we, I quote: "poor-quality tourists! There were no such problems with others"! which we paid, had to be released, because some woman was going to them, who supposedly had previously booked this room. It is not enough to say that our mood was spoiled. . . I don’t even remember being spoken to so disrespectfully and enchantingly impudently! And as an intimidating factor, we were refused to extend breakfast until we moved to a room overlooking the road. We moved BUT I knew that the reputation of this hotel would forever be stigmatized! Dear tourists! Do not learn from your mistakes! and take into account all the negative reviews, of which there are many, and do not waste your money, a long-awaited vacation, and nerve cells on this hotel! For lovers of hygiene: the hotel does not have a shower, except for a suite, instead of a shower in the floor there is a "picturesque" hole that clogs after the first shower and exudes an unpleasant smell. The hotel is very poorly cleaned and towels are not changed. Toilet paper is worth its weight in gold. A waitress in a restaurant who has access to food has some kind of skin disease.
