We had a very interesting situation. We booked this hotel, but stayed in it for only 2 days, and then the hostess just kicked us out. It was something with something. We got there, everything was fine, settled down. It seemed to be good for Olena, but all the plumbing was broken, there was mold everywhere. The sheets and towels were clean. There was a studio room. And we either washed our hands or just washed a plate and here we are surprised that something is wet, and the man just came out of the shower. We did not pay much attention to it. And here this hostess arrives and starts shouting, yelling, almost fighting - it's just a nightmare. And it will turn out that this pipe from the tap was not inserted into the wall into the drain, but was torn from the side. And all the water poured down. And she blamed us for that. She was rude to us. And her daughter was also very uneducated.
The next day she agreed with the representative and informed us that we were moving to another hotel, all without our knowledge. We talked to a representative of Join Up about this and he advised to move. We moved to Family Villa 3 * and stayed there until the end of the holiday. Everything was good there.
