At the reception, the woman said that the check-in takes place after two in the afternoon and there are no free rooms yet, she registered and asked to come up in 30-40 minutes. We arrived at the indicated time interval and. . we were given the keys to 2 rooms opposite each other!!! The rooms are not big, but there is everything for a comfortable stay. The room has a wardrobe, a bed for two with a solid mattress!!! There was no junction that you fall into! It's great for a couple!! There are also 2 bedside tables, an armchair, a table and a chair, a large TV, air conditioning. By the way, a surprise was waiting for us on the table - a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar in bags, plus cups with spoons and glasses. The balcony is big enough too. There is a table, 2 chairs - not plastic, and a clothes dryer. Of the pleasant things - the radio, which, when turned on, plays in the room and bathroom, there is a call to the room, that is, it is not necessary to knock on the door until you turn blue. Regarding cleaning - towels were changed for us on the 3rd day, then the next day, and again after 2 days, bed linen once for 9 days of rest. They wash the floors every day, wipe the table in the room and on the balcony, make the bed, no matter how hard you try, they will still make it in their own way, on the 3rd day I spat on making it))). Naturally, they take out the rubbish, wash the floors in the bathroom, wash the sink, report the hygiene accessories, if they run out. We were not cleaned for only one day, and that was because we did not have time while we were at sea and came when we were resting after dinner. We were asked when we could come clean up so as not to disturb us, but we refused. Restaurant - there is always a lot of food and it is not repeated. The choice is really huge for every taste - meat of all kinds, seafood, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, cheese, cakes. Just a paradise for those who are afraid to lose weight! The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to listen and help. In other hotels, the staff stubbornly pretended that they did not understand the requests. The guests are mostly Russian-speaking, fortunately there were no noisy Germans! The road to the sea takes about 10-15 minutes at a calm pace, a very easy road, partly in the shade. The beach has a large area where you can lay your towels.

Visited with family in 2018. Two children and adults went to Bulgaria for the first time, as they say, crazy. And we were pleasantly surprised by the service, cleanliness, order, loyal attitude to requests, for example, a child got sick and it was possible to feed a small one in the room without any problems.

The food was tasty and plentiful, despite the fact that there were not many guests. The chef was constantly in the room. Water, drinks, ice cream more than enough, you could take everything yourself. A small area, everything is compact, and although we were in early June, this is from June 2, the animators were already working. Pizza and after-dinner snacks were brought straight to the pool. Next stop, shop. The hotel is in a quiet location not far from the sea. Highly recommend for families with children.
