No air conditioning at all. On the day of arrival - he said about the air conditioner at the reception, the next day two Gavriks came, demonstrated a semblance of work with raising a false ceiling and picked something there - but they couldn’t do anything, since the air conditioner is centralized - common and more than it blows they couldn't do. In short, always find out if the air conditioner is not a split system - there is nothing to expect from the built-in air conditioner. After dinner, the sun always shines in the room and without air conditioning - the heat is full, and at night you need to open the door to the balcony, but at the same time you will sleep with mosquitoes, since there is no ventilation mode, as I already noted. Restaurant. This is not a restaurant, but a banal canteen. The restaurant is one for 2 hotels and most often you need to have time to take a table - as soon as the eaten vacationers are removed from it and the table with dirty dishes must be captured before other vacationers take it away from under your nose. And if you don’t have time, you will just stand with a plate in your mouth and wait for the next table to be free. Finally, I'm at the table. Instead of tablecloths - paper napkins. It's hot and the flies are flying. All dishes with water residues after a quick wash - who understands, knows that with the remains of microbes. Breakfast is cereal, and in a vat of hot milk is a watery liquid - diluted milk. Fried eggs, tomatoes and bitter cucumbers - such sizes - fresh from greenhouses. And this is at a time when in all markets small cucumbers and tomatoes are given away for nothing. LUNCH: 2 - and only one type of soup is edible and always terribly salty, the second soup - mashed burda - of incomprehensible content. Second courses - for lunch, usually some cutlets, fried sausages terribly salty, sausages and fried liverwurst. Salads - already wrote. DINNER - a couple of times there was natural meat - everything else is the same quality as always. And every day is the same. Small cakes only for dinner, and even if you are lucky enough to snatch them from under someone's nose, there is not enough for everyone. Free bar. It would be better if it didn't exist at all. To begin with, it works until 22:00, and then - a paid bar. The second feature of the free bar is that all drinks are there only to try once and understand that you can’t drink anything there - it seems that all whiskey is tinted moonshine. When I asked about Pliska and other brandies, the bartender proudly told me that it was cognac and they didn't have it. Swimming pool. Mockery. and not a pool, a small, shallow one, and the number of sunbeds is 10 times less than those who want to lie on them. The same is true for sunbeds on the beach by the sea - we did not manage to lie down for 2 weeks. And in a free bar on the beach by the sea - you can’t drink anything at all and there are always queues. And when the queue was gone, for some reason the beer was over. This year this hotel received a 4-star category, and in my opinion there was a bribe to deceive those who wanted to relax there, three stars remained on the keys and signs. Considering that the Orel hotel is another wing of the same hotel and it is two stars and this hotel uses the same canteen, pool and beach - then what kind of four stars can we talk about ?? ? There is only one conclusion - we, the Soviets, were again raped like the last prostitutes, and we are silent. Nothing - if the tour operator agreed with this - I will arrange for them when I return from such a so-called resort. Be bad!
