The staff is friendly, cleaned every day, towels are changed every two days, bedding every four days. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. Bath and toilet combined. When settling in the bath, two pieces of soap and no longer give out. But toilet paper was brought every day on a roll! We only had breakfast at the Kokiche hotel (it is located on the same territory as Jasmine) HORRIBLE!! ! All ten days, one pasta, watery omelet, fried sausages, boiled sausage (one soybean), pate, regular cheese, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons (fried loaf), breakfast cereals with milk, two types of jam (raspberries and either apple, or plum), fresh cabbage salad, apples, oranges, apricots twice. Tea, coffee is just a TERRIBLE fairy tale. I have never drunk such filth! Once I came to pour coffee, so it was no longer in their samovar, but they kindly tilted the samovar to me and poured from there. . . coffee brew slurry!! ! From the first glance, the food seems to be not bad when you read, but you try it. . . And this is all throughout the rest! For lunch and dinner we went to cafes, restaurants at other hotels. I really liked how they cook, serve! Well, we decided to try how they cook in "our" hotel for money. We ordered a mushroom soup-puree, a chicken soup for a child. Liked. Not at all like breakfast. Only one BUT. . . The child was poisoned by their soup! The entire night was vomiting precisely soup! There was nothing else in the vomit (sorry for such details), diarrhea and fever !! ! So the food of this hotel left you understand what impression! To the sea 10-15min walk along the main street through the market. There are wholesale warehouses behind the hotel. I advise you to buy fruits and vegetables there!! ! Much cheaper than on the market! And the market is there! We were once charged 1 euro (2 leva) for 2 tomatoes in the market, In warehouses for this money you can buy 1.5 kg. On the beach, an umbrella cost 8 lev, a sunbed 8 lev!! ! It is more profitable to buy your umbrella in the market, it costs from 10 to 25 lev. There is also one not very pleasant person from the company ALMA HOLIDAYS, name like Anita (maybe I'm wrong) She tells information on excursions and about exchangers, etc. etc. d. We immediately said that we would not go on excursions with exchangers, we would figure it out (because we already learned everything we needed before leaving). She made me write a receipt in an orderly tone that we refuse to listen to information about excursions (more precisely, I wrote that only from excursions, but I don’t refuse other information) We were asked to leave the hall, because in our presence she will not tell anything because we they gave her a receipt. Of course, we tried to explain to the lady that we simply do not want to go on excursions and, in order not to waste her and our time, let her tell us something that does not concern travel. NO! She again ordered us to leave. Gone and forgotten. The day before departure, she was again at the hotel with other tourists. I went up to ask what time we have the bus tomorrow. You know, after such ladies there are more and you don’t want to go there. As she barked at me, I regretted that I approached her at all. We gave her a receipt, so now you don’t even need to greet us, and talk! That's it! So do not think that everything is very beautiful there. Everywhere has its pros and cons. And an ode to such a snake can spoil the whole impression. But in general, if we are going to go there, then definitely not to this hotel. I really didn't like the food there.
