The hotel is located near the beach at a distance of 100 meters, in order to get to the sea, you must first cross the sand dune, which is even interesting. The hotel does not have its own beach, so you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
There are always a lot of people near the pool, animators entertain children and adults, but the whole program is exclusively in German, because. the hotel rest, mostly Germans.
The food (I had "all inclusive") is not bad, of course, a buffet, but lunches and dinners are varied. Delicious vegetables and chicken dishes. Only sometimes the dishes are not washed well.
The service is not bad, they clean it daily, but the linen was never changed for me in a week. Of course, there is no bath in the room, an ordinary shower of an improved design compared to the Soviet system, and even once in the morning there was no water for several hours: something broke.

A train stops near the hotel, and you can get to the center of Sunny Beach for 3 leva. Not far from the hotel is the ancient town of Nessebar, you can walk to it in 15-20 minutes.
Near the hotel there are shops, a pharmacy, near the hotel there are very beautiful roses. In general, of course, this hotel is at the level of 3 stars.
The most important thing is, of course, the sea. The beaches are sandy, the depth is shallow, the sea is clear, +23 in mid-June, only in the afternoon the wind often rises and it becomes impossible to swim, because it is cold to get out of the water.
