Stayed as a family with two children. We arrived in the morning at eight o'clock. Our room was free, we were settled immediately, we did not wait for 14:30, thanks for that. The travel agency warned us that breakfast was not allowed for us, but it can be purchased for an additional fee. As it turned out, we were not even allowed to have lunch, because the hotel changed the rules, and we will have lunch on the day of departure. We were told to check into the room and come to the reception for bracelets at five o'clock! That is, until five, neither eat nor even drink! I had to buy lunch (40 leva for four). You can not pay with a card, they ran to change the currency.
The hotel itself is normal, the room overlooking the pool, plumbing and furniture are relatively new. BUT! The extra bed for the youngest daughter is a folding chair, terribly hard. The bed for 7 days was not changed even once, towels were changed every day, but they were of dubious freshness. They also cleaned every day: they took away the garbage, gave toilet paper and vacuumed the room. There is not a single shelf in the shower cubicle, there is absolutely nowhere to put soap accessories. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV with local channels. In our room the AC worked well, but the other guys were complaining.
There is no mini bar in the room.
