The hotel has two problems.
The first is not even a problem, and many hotels have it. Near the hotel there is a bar. Formally, it works until 24-00, but in fact - until the last client. The first night we were given a room just opposite the bar. Even double-glazed windows and thick curtains did not save from noise. Somewhere after one in the morning, the conscience woke up at the bartender, and he turned off the music, but the brave German guys fervently sang songs for another 3 hours. We went to the hotel manager and they moved us to another wing and it was quiet.
The second problem is cleaning. Take away for three. Cobwebs in the corners, dust on the window sills. But toilet paper was brought every day. Maybe we were like a family of assholes - I don't know. But when 10 rolls accumulated in the toilet, I went to the manager, and they stopped bringing paper.
Now the pros.

Surprisingly good food for such a small hotel. Yes, you will not find 10 varieties of cheese and 20 varieties of sausage in a restaurant as in large hotels (there were 2 varieties of cheese, 3 sausages and 3 sausages). But there are always 3-4 meat dishes, different vegetables / fruits. My wife and daughter are quite picky when it comes to food, but they were always happy here. Very smart waitresses in the restaurant. I didn’t have time to finish the last piece - they appear out of nowhere, and take the plate.
Good location. Of course, 300 m to the beach is a blatant lie, but you can walk to the beach in 5-7 minutes. Close to public transport and bus station.
Daughter loved the pool.
Bottom line: if you are a hereditary count, blue blood flows in your veins, you are prone to perfectionism and are afraid of dust - this hotel is not for you. The rest you can rest.
If you are going to drink in a company, ask for the right wing on the first floor, opposite the bar. He opened a balcony - and a cheerful company is always there.
