There was a very nice helpful staff, students from Ukraine, with whom it was nice to chat, because in fact we had no one else to chat with in this hotel. The main contingent is old noisy Britons who do nothing but sit in the bar and talk loudly. But it's okay, the rest did not hurt. In general, the hotel is good, the room is clean, everything is new, with free wi-fi, with which there were no problems.
The only thing is we made a mistake with the dates a little and there were very few of the younger generation in the hotel. The same pattern was observed throughout Sunny Beach. Most likely it is better to go there in July or August, so that there are more young animals. You can also go there with your family, but, the only thing, you should not hope that your children will be entertained day and night. It's not about that at all. Every day in the morning there were some attempts to do something like a show, but it looked very ridiculous and ended quickly, probably because no one cared.
But in any case, there is a pool, there are slides, at least some entertainment on site. The center of Sunny Beach is about 10-15 minutes walk. There wasn't much to do there either. A bunch of places with music from the 80s, in which, again, elderly British or Germans sit. For a good price for a tour to this place, in principle, not bad, especially if you have your own company of 4+ people.
