The hotel is new, not too big, no food. Apartment with kitchen. We settled in quickly, but there was no refrigerator, TV, clothes dryer, frying pan and glasses in the room. They brought everything right away. The fridge was not washed - the girl from the reception washed it. We had breakfast in the room, dined in the dining room at the hotel (it looks like the cheapest food outlet) We had dinner several times in a cactus - a restaurant on the way to the sea. We took 3 excursions - Romania 2 days, Veliko Tarnovo and Sofia 2 days. The first two we liked did not go to Sofia because of illness (the money for Sofia was returned to us without a word). The location of the hotel is good - walking distance to Nessebar, shops, cafes... The disadvantage (not the hotel) was that the transfer to the airport did not come for us, we waited a long time, we got by taxi (the girl from the reception ordered it). As a result, they were late for check-in and only by the personal charm of the airport workers were they allowed to fly.
