The tourists are beaten, we have been resting in Bulgaria for 6 years (we rested both in hotels and savages), but this time it was a complete disappointment from the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, we were settled as soon as we arrived (11.00). Come into the room - the apartment consisted of 2 rooms (large), beautiful color, huge bed, large bathroom. The first impression is 5+, but when they started to lay out things and oh horror!! ! all around dust, dirt, unwashed washbasin, dirty carpet, stained and gray towels, stained sheets. But nothing, survived. The next day and the following days, they didn’t clean up, they asked to take out the garbage with a fight, they asked for toilet paper every time, the sewerage was clogged, the water did not pass, the taps flow, well, in general, it sucks. W all the time the towels were changed before leaving, the bed nirazu. Even throwing towels on the floor didn't help. The food is disgusting, the chickens constantly stank throughout the rest, there were no greens, salads, fruits, vegetables at all (they gave it so that it was considered). You can’t say that you are hungry, but there was no pleasure from eating. The only "+" was no problem with drinking. Internet at the reception was constantly buggy. In general, we do not recommend the hotel, there really is still a new huge building, but the camp is constantly resting there (groups of children and youth from different countries), constant noise, din.
