Detailed review point by point.
Foreword: we choose what to see and feel.
I will say right away that I have been abroad quite a lot, I have stayed in completely different hotels: 3 * in Spartan style, and 5 * in UAI, and in apartments. There is something to compare.
This is an apartment hotel, that is, a place where you occupy an apartment without meals, but with the possibility of self-catering.
I'll tell you in order:
The hotel is not very far from the airport, so the transfer did not take very long. We were delivered 2 or 3 in a row. It's good that we didn't have to drive for an hour and a half and drop off many families.
We had an apartment with 1 bedroom + living room + kitchen. It was important for me to have a full-fledged kitchen unit, with the ability to cook (not just reheat).
We were settled on the 4th floor, there is an elevator, it works quickly and silently, it does not interfere at all.
The room is lovely, clean, good furniture, professional hotel linen and crockery.

The bathroom has 4 small soaps and toilet paper. I didn’t pretend for more, I brought everything with me.
There was always hot water, there was a boiler in the room, there were no problems with the shower, although we have a family of 4 people, including a lover to stand in the shower and steam up to impossibility : )
In the kitchen: built-in electric stove, 2 burners, extractor hood, work surface lighting, kettle, sink, microwave. A set of dishes for four, knives, a frying pan, a saucepan. The refrigerator is full, not a "mini-bar", in which you can put only beer and ice cream.
For me, it was a sign of concern that there was dish detergent and a washcloth in the kitchen. When we lived in similar apartments in Montenegro, I did not have this, I had to buy it in the nearest mini-market. Here it was, like a trifle, but it's about taking care of your guests.
I didn’t have a small saucepan so that I could cook, for example, porridge or eggs. But this is not a problem, they got out, there were also glass bowls and saucepans.
The main bedroom has a large bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers, a mirror, a wardrobe with 3 compartments. Wall reading lamps with isolated switches have been added to the main light. It's comfortable. Air conditioning, ironing board, iron.
In the living room (which is combined with the kitchen), a folding sofa for 2 beds, an armchair, a coffee table, a nightstand, a TV (completely worthless).
There was some kind of problem with a piece of iron in the sofa, which pressed on the back and interfered with sleep. We reported this, they put an extra mattress on us. Sleep became more comfortable.
Closer to the kitchen is a table with 4 dining chairs.
There is no second air conditioner. This is definitely a minus. Because on hot days only the bedroom cools down.
The room has a long balcony with 2 exits. On the balcony there is a large folding clothes dryer, as well as a plastic table and 2 chairs.

I want to draw your attention to the fact that there was rust on the dryer that shows through the white paint. Be careful with light-colored things. But to be honest, we survived it, without shocks at all. I was more worried about getting my white hotel towels dirty, so I dried them in the bathroom.
The most important and significant minus for us was the "sea view" settlement. In fact, the sea is still not visible behind the hotels in front. But at the same time, the balcony overlooks the road, along which cars and buses drive just without ceasing. Including night. Including noisy tourists who rent convertibles and have fun with loud music at night. And + the cry of seagulls, although this, of course, cannot be adjusted in any way. All this noise made it very difficult for me to sleep, although the rest of the family, in principle, slept normally. But when we realized this jamb, after a hard night road and when we had already prepared food, laid out things, moving to another room really seemed like a torment. Although the hotel was barely half full. Probably a free room would have been found in the other wing, where at least the balcony would not overlook the road.
There are blackout curtains on the windows, so the room does not warm up so much. For us it was important, again, the windows to the south.
The hotel has a cafe, the prices are the same as everywhere else, but the menu is not very diverse. We ate there on the first day upon arrival and had dinner on the last day before departure. The rest of the time they fed themselves, or around the city. There are cafes there, as well as places with good tasty hearty fast food. There are supermarkets where you can buy groceries. The farther from the tourist zone, the closer the prices are to Ukrainian ones.
The city is small, you can walk everywhere.
From the hotel to the sea is actually about 300m, first past the more expensive hotels, and then a plank path through the sand, among wild bushes and trees. At first it seems somehow dumb, but then you realize that there are no options there and the beach itself is very cool.
The beach is sandy, wide and half empty. No one walks over their heads and there is enough space for everyone. There are paid and free zones.

In the paid area there are umbrellas and sun loungers. Set: umbrella + table + 2 sun loungers costs 15 lev (that's $ 10). You can take only zones, or an umbrella and 1 sun lounger. In general, you can compose whatever kit you want, 5 lev per unit.
The free zone is the same width as the paid zone. You can lay towels on the sand and use your umbrella.
Lifeguards work equally diligently, they carefully watch the safety on the beach, if there is a wind, they are not allowed to take inflatable swimming things (circles, armlets, mattresses), because they are carried away. Whoever does not obey, they whistle very persistently, honk, catch up and do good : ) in a word, they don’t need an emergency there in the entrusted zones.
Sometimes the reverse current washes the "bottom pit" - they personally go into the sea, check where the pit is and then put a sign on the shore. If people go in that direction, everyone is whistled and shown in which direction it is better to swim.
The entrance to the sea is as soft and comfortable as possible, ideal for children, there is no sharp depth, there is sand under your feet, the water is clean and pleasant.
Let's go back to the hotel. It has a swimming pool and it's a great advantage, because apart hotels don't have it everywhere. The children's area is very small, the adult one starts from 140 cm in fact, although the markings say 120. But this is probably with incomplete filling with water. At the deepest point about 170cm.
The pool was almost always free. With the maximum filling, 2-3 families at the same time - this is already a full house.
This despite the fact that we were in early July. High season.
The room was cleaned every day, although in fact, all we needed was to vacuum the floors from the sand and pick up the garbage.
Change of bedding, probably every 3 days. Tipping left - not taken. We did not hide our phones, they were always in sight, no one stole them.
Wifi intermittent. Although they promised that it would be great in the room, it sometimes didn’t drag out, either in the lobby or at the pool. It's secondary, we survived. Anyway, several times a day there was an opportunity to view viber and messages at work, answer, write, everything you need.

If it was important for you to be online 24/7, you can buy a local card for $10 and use it to distribute the Internet to all phones and devices.
There are mosquitoes, no nets. Mosquitoes bite, so take ointments and fumigators with you.
The summary is this: for your money, this is a great place. I thought it would be worse, but it turned out better than I thought. The filling of the room, the state of everything, the attitude at the reception - everything is fine!
It would be possible to walk and whine about an old television with a kinescope, which is generally impossible to watch, after 5 minutes, these constant flickers hurt your eyes. But we flew to the sea not to watch TV!
You can swear about the Internet, but we did not miss the important moments of life. And to whom it is fundamentally important, this question is absolutely solvable.
Rusty dryer - I just hung one-color swimsuits on a colorful towel (on which there were no stains). In this heat, everything dried out perfectly.
Air conditioning, which is not in the living room - well, this is important. But in the morning the windows are closed with curtains and then the room does not warm up in the midday sun.
If you have a light sleep and you are settled with a view of the road - just immediately ask for another room until you unpack your things and relax after the road. Use my experience for free!
Personally, I always go on vacation with a positive attitude and in order to get a boost of emotions. It's all good, trust me! Definitely better than in the Sea of Azov and in the Crimea.
I really want to go back there! In the meantime, if someone has questions about the hotel, or Nessebar in general, ask, I will answer.
