Everything is very nice and comfortable. But a lot of people in the dining room had to wait for free seats to sit down to eat. But there were also small problems with food, not everyone had enough of something unusual and delicious. We have been coming here for the second year, I have something to compare with and I still like it here.

In response, they heard that the water in the cooler had run out and would be there tomorrow. The hotel is far from the road. We went to the store in the dark to buy something for dinner.

It is impossible to swim because they play balls and dive - it is life-threatening to be nearby (not to mention children). The children's pool is in the shade and therefore constantly with cold water. AND MORE: the owner of the hotel periodically arranges receptions with live Bulgarian music on his balcony all night long. The food in the bar is much more expensive and worse in quality than in other places.

True, once a roll of toilet paper was hung on the doorknob. I also decided not to be greedy and took out all the garbage from the room under the door of the serving room, BUT THIS IS ALL THINGS COMPARED TO THE NOISE. if you are not lucky and you will rest at a time when there will be rabid English students - that's it - REST IS GONE. I understand now the expression "SODOM and GOMORA" that they are doing things that cannot be expressed in words - the noise is such that even earplugs do not help. Calls to the reception do not help, but when I went down at three o'clock to the reception. then the administrator surprised - indignantly said - IT'S THE SAME ENGLISH !!!!!!!!!!! ! and the security guard said he couldn't do anything. the administration did not react in any way to the fact that everyone (including small children) wanted to sleep and continued to calculate the income from the pool bar.
