Upon check-in, they gave a room with a view of the construction site, the road is very noisy, but if you close the balcony doors at night, the sound insulation will be normal. The staff is friendly, but they don't make concessions. For example, they categorically refused to change the towels, which dried on the dirty balcony railing and got dirty. Motivated by the fact that the towels are changed only once every 3 days, and they simply ignored the fact that they do not clean the balcony. Wi-fi is paid, for 2 days I paid 15 lev (about 75 UAH). At breakfast, you can not only take something out, but even just take it with you to the sun loungers, which are 2 meters away. The head of the canteen is a preoccupied freak, I do not advise the girls to go with him alone in the elevator (more than one vacationer told). In general, draw your own conclusions. And most importantly - the slop operator "Il-Tour". Don't even contact them!! ! We went by bus: it was 4 hours late to Sunny Beach (well, the border), and we were waiting for the bus back on suitcases for 8 hours, and no one even warned us! The road torment did not end there - on the way, the air conditioner first broke down, and then the bus itself. At the same time, none of the representatives of the tour operator even apologized. . . pigs.
