Pros:
- Close to the beach
- Panoramic windows (although they are everywhere in Bulgaria)
Minuses:
-Older women at the reception. Talk to the younger generation like teachers
- Cleaners disconnect devices from charging when they vacuum the room and do not plug them back in
- No hair dryer
- Paid iron
- Paid and very expensive Wi-Fi. The passcode only works on one device. The staff does not report this. The internet itself is very slow.
- Terrible elevator. Regularly we had the following situation. You call the elevator from the sixth floor. The elevator itself is also on the sixth. Instead of opening, the elevator leaves for the first floor, then both elevators from the first floor go to the sixth floor and one of them opens.
- The pool is open at inconvenient hours (until 18:00). At this time, people are clearly not in the hotel.
- There are only two sockets in the room.

- The cleaners brazenly break into the room. They knock and enter immediately. You can't respond to knocking. When you ask them to come later, they come in 5 minutes.
- The smoking room for staff is located in such a way that all the smoke from cigarettes goes to the guest rooms. The room stank of smoke through and through. When we asked them to stop smoking they refused. They agreed only to open their window and close their door, but this did not save the situation. The smell didn't go away.
- Rooms of hotels, the windows of which are located on the corner, are very well viewed from the balcony, which is a corridor to other rooms. In other words, people coming from other rooms can perfectly see what is happening in such rooms. They can see what they have, what is valuable inside. The only way to live safely in such a room, if you get there, is to constantly curtain it. I absolutely do not want to sit in the room, always hiding behind the curtains, given the weather and the beautiful view from the panoramic windows.
Breakfast is normal, sometimes worse, sometimes better. I will not attribute it to pluses or minuses.
