I just came from this viper, I decided to write right away, maybe someone will save this review. Hotel on the first line. This is the only plus. I traveled around the resorts a bit, never paid much attention to cleaning, but there was none at all, except for changing towels. For 11 days, the bed was not changed. All rubbish from the floor lay on the floor for 10 days. The cleaner walks around with a broom instead of a vacuum cleaner. I never thought that they could feed like this in a hotel. Not only was the food tasteless, it was not enough after 40 minutes. after the start of lunch. When asked when they would bring food, the waiter replied that there was no food. I was a witness when the waiters approached the guests and made comments that they had too large portions. And it's all inclusive! The staff behaved rudely. There is nothing in the minibar except for a couple of some bottles, into which the bartender poured some kind of vodka from under the counter. I don't understand why no one complained. I read the previous reviews, I don’t know what the holidaymakers could like about this hotel. People do not go to this hotel, for this price you can find a much more decent option.
