rested with my husband in the Liani 3 star hotel in September, during the velvet season. . . made an early booking in February. read the reviews, very tour operator advertised Bulgaria and the hotel. they say liani 3 stars is equated to 4th. all lies, I will not give this hotel a 1. The standard numbers are understandable. Haven't vacuumed once in 2 weeks! the bed was changed only 2 times! For 2 nights in a row, a prostitute and a man were placed in the next room. at night, my husband went down to the reception and asked them to calm down, to which he was told: calm down yourself! reassured. but the next night the same thing, at 5 in the morning and I calmed them down so that I hurt my hand. at the reception apologized, but what's the point? we talked with the administrator, she apologized and that's it, but we didn't sleep for 2 nights. and this is just the beginning. . . we were so poisoned that I just dreamed of getting home, they called the doctor for insurance 2 times (by the way, the doctor came within 15 minutes). according to the all inclusive system, it turns out there was not even black tea. in September it was quite rainy and mosquitoes bit us on the territory of the hotel. every day we ate chicken garnish and shopska salad, such a variety! To be honest, I didn’t even understand who was resting, the hotel staff or us? ! they swam in the pool, ate dinner (together with local friends) from the buffet earlier than us, drank alcohol, etc. by the way, anyone can come in and pay 3 leva and swim in the pool, sunbathe topless, drink alcohol and do what you want. not a hotel, but a complete misunderstanding! Don't even think about going there!
