We stayed in this hotel from 20.07 to 3.08. While we were buying the tour, the hotel was listed as 3 * in the contract, when we took the voucher, it was 2 * +, but we were assured that there would be air conditioning, although central, and a refrigerator in the room. This building itself is called "Continental 3 & 4", but there are exactly 2 stars in it. There was no air conditioning or refrigerator in the room. We survived this, although we had not yet adapted to regulate the temperature by opening the doors and closing the balcony, during the day it was clearly stuffy in the room. The most common room - 2 beds, wardrobe, mirrors, bedside tables, dressing table, TV. The washbasin in one of our rooms was clogged (we were 4 - two adults and 2 children, we were placed in 2 rooms), so the blockage was removed after the second appeal. The staff, in general, is friendly: they readily listen to all requests, although this by no means guarantees their immediate implementation. Cleaning the room was often just taking out the trash, but we didn't litter much, so we didn't suffer from the lack of "licking" our rooms.
The hotel has a breakfast system. The first day is bewilderment. It seemed that just not all the dishes were put up yet. (Restaurant pictures of hotels in Egypt and Turkey popped up in my memory). And here - 2 types of sausage, 2 types of cheese, boiled eggs, fried eggs, pasta, cut into 4 pieces of sausage toast, bread, butter, crunches, jam, cucumbers, tomatoes, melon, watermelon, tea, coffee and a drink that is very reminiscent of slightly diluted potassium permanganate in color. But we figured out what we were going to eat and stuck to it for the entire 15 days. By the way, for 2 weeks, not only the assortment, but even the order of arranging dishes has not changed.
For lunch and dinner, we ate mainly what we bought in the supermarket. Food in restaurants is indeed cheaper than in Ukraine, but there is one problem: in Ukraine, at least every day, we don’t eat in restaurants, so for us the best thing was to buy vegetables and ready-made meat dishes in the Perla supermarket. We ate several times in different restaurants, but the cheapest food was in "Rio" - a self-service restaurant - like Soviet canteens. Plenty, tasty and inexpensive.

Sea. After all, in the end, we went for him. Before him - 80-100 meters on a wooden floor. What is good about this beach is that there is a place free from paid sunbeds (7 leva each), and you can come with your umbrellas and bedding, and be located absolutely anywhere. Sea - 23-25 degrees, sandy bottom. When it’s not stormy, it’s very clean, if the wave rises, then it brings up all sorts of bad things. The sand on the beach is fine and clean, cigarette butts, however, come across, but what to do - after all, the vacationers themselves throw them away. In general - the sea and the beach - super.
Of the excursions, we took a 2-day trip to Istanbul. We visited Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the grave of Roksolana, sailed on a boat along the Bosphorus. I liked it very much.
We went to Nessebar - an old town - several times, walked several times. Very nice.
Summing up, I can say that the rest was undoubtedly a success - for us it’s not sitting in the room and counting how many times they waved the broom and how many times the towels and bedding were changed, but the sea, the sun and new impressions, of which we received a lot. In one of the reviews, I read that for the sake of interest it is worth a trip. And it is. I won’t say that next year I would like to return here (not to a hotel - to Bulgaria), but simply because there are still so many countries that I have not been to and that I want to see.
And for those who are going to rest in the Continental, I advise you to formulate for yourself what you expect from this holiday, and if your requests are too high, then you are clearly not here. Good luck!
