I was convinced on my own skin - the hotel is bad. Yes, it is not old, the furniture is in good condition, but it seems that it was built in haste - in many places the paint burst, the wallpaper fell off, the tiles by the pool fell off... the attitude towards tourists is disgusting! At the reception there is a sign - I DO NOT GO TO THE ROOM - a fine of 50 lev.

We sat in the lobby with a beer - the owner flew out, started screaming to pay a fine or get out of the hotel, poked a finger at a warning sign about food in the room, to which we said that we were talking about the room, not the hall. Then he began to demand the key to the room - he wanted to check if we had food or alcohol there. Our scandal was loud and ended in frayed nerves. In addition, there is little to eat at the hotel for breakfast - only eggs, tomatoes and ham. Above the soul is a girl who watches over you with a burning look, or rather behind your plate. Powdered milk. Tea of unknown origin. In general: I love Bulgaria, but I don’t go to Helvetia anymore.

They advised us the Helvecija 4 * hotel. They described it to us from the best sides, showed photos that can be found on the Internet. We gasped and agreed. In the photo, the hotel looks large, spacious, the rooms are chic. . We arrived at 1.00. We were told to wait for check-in until 1.00 (although there were plenty of empty seats).

We arrived at 1.00. We were told to wait for check-in until 1.00 (although there were plenty of empty seats). Okay, it doesn't matter, it's not against the rules. We waited in the lobby on sofas. The hall was not as big as in the photo, and the sofas were full of holes, although the hotel is new. Check-in. . The mini-bar was indicated in the contract, it was not in the room. Let's go find out why. We were told that a mini-bar would be installed for a fee. As a result, through swearing, they delivered it to us. The room smelled terrible of chlorine. Yes, hygiene, I get it, but the smell was killer. There was a wire sticking out of the ceiling, one lamp did not work, the carpeting that was in the room was a little dirty. . There were no glasses in the room.
Swimming pool . . Frog . . more precisely. Adults should not swim in it. Breakfasts. . Monotonous, stale, inedible ham, overcooked toast. . The hosts are Macedonians. The staff understands Russian very poorly, practically does not speak it. My parents studied German a long time ago, so I came to swear in English, which, by the way, they also do not know well. The staff is gloomy, walks in elongated T-shirts and leggings.
Please note that our family did not require special conditions, not one of the picky ones.
The hotel positions itself as 4 stars. To be honest, even 3 is hard to assign. Oh yes, in the photo the TV is a large plasma, in fact it is an old, small one. Sometimes there was simply no light in the corridor at all . . none . .
I will never go to this hotel again and do not recommend
