Good afternoon, the Grand Hotel in Sunny Beach was booked in February 2014, the cost was calculated on the basis of early booking. Check-in at the hotel from 14.00 and no matter what time you arrived at the hotel. Wi-fi in the room is only for a fee, there are cards for 5 days, the cost is 25 leva (the exchange rate is 1 euro -1.91 leva). Upon check-in, there was an overlay and we were settled in the Astoria hotel ****, earlier the hotel was *** , but after the renovation in the rooms, the hotel got 4, by the way, a very worthy 4, we liked it in Astoria, I don’t recommend swimming in the pool! But after a few days of staying, we moved to Grand. We were given a room overlooking the parking lot, this is the back side of the hotel, when checking into the room, it became clear that the room was not cleaned after the previous guests, but the bed was changed. A day later, we changed the room on demand, very quickly, within 2 hours, representatives of the host and the hotel administration responded to our request.
We were very lucky with the weather, and on vacation this is one of the most enjoyable moments. In the restaurant, breakfast starts at 8.30, lunch from 12.30, dinner from 18.00, a large selection of vegetables and fruits. It is impossible to eat minced meat dishes, not stewed meat. In the hotel, 90% of the guests are elderly guests from Germany, Poland, the USA, some young people, very few families! We did not use the pool, I can not say about its cleanliness. Very nice bartenders in the lobby bar. . our morning started with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, nice moments of relaxation! I do not recommend spending a vacation in this hotel, everyone have a good vacation and a warm summer, bright colors of summer!
