Very good hotel in Sunny Beach. The hotel has 4 stars, not 3, as it stands in the name on Turpravda. Probably outdated or erroneous data. The hotel is 100% responsible for its 4 stars. It is surprising to me why there is not a single review on this hotel on Turpravda, there are a lot of Russian-speaking vacationers there. So I'll be the first to comment.
Rested: mother and daughter of 9 years.
Rest time: from 10 to 20 June.

In general, the hotel is very good for Bulgaria. The shortcomings described below did not spoil our holiday.
Location and territory: it’s very good that it’s not in the center of Sunny Beach, because it’s noisy there, in addition, you need to take a walk to the center, which is very good after dinner on all-encluse)))) very good!!!

The first line, you can say right on the beach. 4 buildings stand in a rectangle, in the middle of this rectangle of buildings there is a large swimming pool and a water park. From the side of the embankment, only one building is visible and without knowing, you would never guess that there are more buildings, a swimming pool and a water park inside. There is a guard at the entrance, he does not let strangers in. The hotel area is not big. But well maintained and clean. On the territory, in addition to the pool with the water park, there is a house with a children's room, a small lawn, several bars, in principle, that's all.
Sunny Beach: I like it, we rest here for the second time. I really like the length of the embankment, the fact that you can walk a lot, for 10 days I was not tired of the streets and lanes with souvenir shops, entertainment and cafes. A lot of golf courses, played, enjoyed.
Sunny Beach is very close to Nessebar. With pleasure once again we went there on a rainy day for a walk. Ride about 15 minutes by city bus for only 1 lev. Unfortunately, there have been many bad days this year. We left on June 20, the temperature dropped to 16 degrees. Although it was 25-26 degrees all the days, it rained a lot. But the water has always been pleasant both in the sea and in the pool. The sea is very shallow, clean, there were no wire cutters, there were small jellyfish for a couple of days.
Yes, before I forget, sooo many mosquitoes!!! ! We are in Bulgaria for the third time, but it seems to me that this was not the case in previous times. Mosquitoes are big and biting, there were no days, only in the evening. There was not a single one in the room (they did not open the balcony in the evening), but it is simply impossible to walk along the street in the evening. We saved ourselves with a Chinese asterisk, smeared a little on our legs and arms, it helped.

Beach: the hotel has its own large beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge - this is very rare for Bulgaria, even expensive hotels do not have their own beaches, all beaches in Bulgaria are municipal, the price throughout the Sat is approximately the same on all beaches - 8 leva sunbed + 8 leva an umbrella = this is about 8 euros for everything, which means that a family of 3 people needs to pay 24 euros per day, that is, for 10 days it is 240 euros - not bad, so I consider this a big plus of the hotel. The beach is wide, there are at least 10 rows of sun loungers, and behind the rows there is also free territory. Whenever we came, there were always free sunbeds. This year, we didn’t try to play the popular game “take a sunbed” either on the beach or near the pool. Where there were places, they occupied them. It was more problematic to make it more problematic in the pool during the day, there were always more places on the sea.
Swimming pool and water park: water park - 4 slides for children and adults (2 with circles), 4 - for children, water river. The pool is large, the water is warm and clean. True, I saw how bleach was poured into the pool from a large capacity ((((. A water park in a hotel for Bulgaria is as rare as a free beach. Therefore, Eureka differs very much from other hotels in this. There is not a single hotel in Turkey without slides, and even a mini-water park there is not very surprising. For Bulgarian hotels, where even one or two slides are very rare, a mini-water park is an amazing exception. When choosing a hotel, the presence of slides was a priority for us, so I studied this issue very If you ask in the search engine "hotels in Bulgaria (not even Sunny Beach, but Bulgaria) with slides", you will see such a tiny list of hotels, so don't overclock too much, but here is a whole mini-aqua park !!!! )))) )) When I was driving, I thought that it would be very noisy because of it. But no, it was not very noisy, although there were a lot of children there. By the way, I have never heard of any accidents with children. Guys-workers sit on each slide and under the slides and keep order. It works 2 hours in the morning - from 10 am to 12 pm, and 2 hours in the afternoon - from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Hotel room: We didn’t pay anything extra at the reception for a room, we never do this, and they haven’t slipped anything bad on us yet (to be honest, I don’t understand why people do this, I think that if the reception takes money from you, then they will still give you the number that they originally planned). The room is large, spacious, next to the bed there was still a lot of space up to the balcony, there is where to turn around. Bed, bedding, pillows, everything is very comfortable. On the balcony there are 2 plastic chairs and a table. There is an accordion dryer on the balcony wall. The refrigerator built into the table, I don’t know at all why it is needed with an all-inclusive system and 5 meals a day, I don’t understand who and what puts it there. A large closet, many trempels, a large mirror in the hallway. A good shower, in which water flows well into the floor without stagnation. The safe is paid - 6 leva per day, I took it, pay on the last day of departure. Bath mini accessories: 1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 soap. The gel is nothing, the shampoo is useless as always, it will probably do for men, but I advise girls to take their own, the hair after the shampoo is unpleasant to the touch, when it dries, it sticks out in all directions, does not comb.
Attendants: the aunt-maid was unpleasantly surprised by her "simplicity". Cleaned, in principle, not bad, but with the question of disposable shower supplies, I somehow did not understand the humor. On the first day when we settled on the shelf, as usual, there were all the accessories in the right amount. On the second day when cleaning, she did not put anything else. Well, I think okay, it still remained from the first day, I think maybe it’s necessary, maybe I forgot. On the third day, nothing. I went out into the corridor, she cleans nearby. I approached, asked, she fussed, smiled, handed me 3 shampoos + 3 gels (instead of 2), I took everything (I didn’t give it yesterday). Well, I think I got tired, it happens. The next day, nothing again, I again went to her - she, with a smile with an apology now-now, gave 2 pcs. As a result, this was repeated constantly, she herself put everything right for us, probably 1-2 times in 10 days. Every day I didn’t run after her either, but even seeing that everything was over and there wasn’t a single jar on the shelf in the bathroom, she often didn’t put anything. Weird aunt. To be honest, this is the first time I've seen it.

Another note is language. In a hotel where, according to my observations, 50-60% of vacationers are Russian-speaking, having 90% of the staff without knowledge of the Russian language is wrong (the remaining 40-50% are Bulgarians, Germans, Poles, Balts). Even at the reception, only one young man out of 5-6 administrators spoke broken Russian, other staff - no one boom boom at all. At the same time, in German and English - all as one. That is, the owners select those with knowledge of these languages or force them to learn, and Russian, which is more understandable and easier for Bulgarians than English and Deutsch, is not needed. I think this is disrespectful to Russian-speaking vacationers, especially since these are far from 10% of the total. In the end, you can buy each waiter a Bulgarian-Russian dictionary, even if they learn the names of the products, not a single waiter can explain anything about the dish. In an Italian a la card restaurant, you had to order from the menu. So the whole menu is printed in 3 languages: guess which ones? That's right: Deutsch, English and Bulgarian. Let me remind you once again - at least half of the Russian-speaking vacationers are in the hotel. Can this be considered respect? In my opinion, this is an underlined disregard. The waitress comes up and asks: Deutsch? Not; English? No - rashin. Everything: hovered with a smile on her face, blinking her eyes, somehow trying to understand her in three languages, except for Russian. The dishes on the menu are complex, you can order only one at a time, the menu says the name of the dish and what it consists of - so we are trying to figure it out as best we can. We look - next to the table is a family - the same situation. Well, is it really so difficult to print a few leaves in Russian, if only for one evening several times such a situation. Doesn't it get boring every time to stupidly clap your eyes in front of each table? I don't understand this.
Animation Entertainment: terrible horror, compared to Turkey - it is not. But even for Bulgaria, it sucks. Animators - seemingly 16-18 year old boys and girls in yellow T-shirts, who are busy with themselves from morning to evening: it was very problematic to see them busy with their direct duties, they constantly sat somewhere in all corners of the hotel, like - as if hiding from someone, they gather in groups and sit, chatting, smoking, and reluctantly sometimes they spend something completely inadequate there for half an hour a day. Darkness.
There is a children's room on the territory, but I have never seen in 10 days that the animators somehow lure or invite children to them. If not for the water park, then for the children there would be a terrible boredom. In addition, the opening hours of the children's room coincided minute by minute with the opening hours of the water park. Well, that is, so that for sure no child would ever think of coming and distracting unoccupied girls from doing nothing.
Well, since the hotel has a water park, the lame animation fades into the background.

Food: good level for Bulgaria. Nobody will be left hungry. A lot of meat, often fish, always 2 types of soup. Children's table - for whom it is important - pasta, potatoes. What I didn’t like: very poor quality cuts of sausages, so-so cheeses (although there were some good ones), so-so draining butter, disgusting powdered potato mash on the children’s table, powdered omelettes for breakfast. But all this is an exception. If you do not pay attention to this, everything else is delicious, there is a lot of everything, there are also a lot of vegetables and fruits. The main restaurant is comfortable, cool, and the veranda and indoors are very nice. The dishes are of good quality, the staff works quickly and smoothly. Didn't have to look for tables. Products that ended immediately brought more. Often there was a chef in the hall - watching. Delicious ice cream from morning to evening, both in the restaurant and in the bar. In the bar during the day sandwiches, pizza, fruit, ice cream.
In addition to the main restaurant, it is possible to sign up for 3 a la card restaurants: Bulgarian, Asian and Italian. You can sign up any day, but it is better to do it in advance, because places are limited and you can not get in if you remember this before leaving. This is especially true for an Italian restaurant, there are few tables and few places, so if you sign up today, you will be offered a date in 6-7 days. By the way, I liked the Italian restaurant the least. I really liked Bulgarian, in general I really like Bulgarian cuisine. Everything is just amazingly delicious. The restaurant has a buffet. Asian consists of Japanese, Chinese cuisine. Also a buffet, everything is also very tasty. But Italian is not a buffet. As I already wrote, you need to choose one salad from the menu (from about 5 items), one main dish from about ten items (including 4 pizzas), and one cake from 4 items. Everything. The dishes are really big. I took pasta, daughter pizza. In terms of volume, a lot. But I didn’t really like the taste of either pasta (heavy) or pizza (dry, it was even tastier in the bar), nothing for Tiramisu for dessert. But they didn't go hungry.
It seems to be everything. In general, the rest is very satisfied. For those with children - do not hesitate. Choose Eureka.
