Terrible hotel and terrible customer service. We regret a hundred times that we chose this hotel. The only plus of this hotel is that it is located on the beach. No matter how much I rested, I have never met such an attitude anywhere. It began with the fact that we were settled in a room overlooking the neighboring hotel, and apart from the nearest restaurant, we did not see anything. Although it was said all rooms have a sea view. The view was not the best. The mini kitchen includes a stove, but for some reason no pots or pans were found. Several plates, forks, knives, 2 cups and one glass. When they went to be indignant, they told us - buy it. After the scandal, a day later they brought another 1 glass. A week later they gave a second chair to the balcony. Linen was also changed on the 5th day after they went out and had a fight. And they changed everything except the pillowcases. Instead of 2 towels per person, there was already one. Cleaning is terrible. The air conditioning didn't work and was only fixed the day before we left. In general, if you want to get something, you need to go and swear. We are quiet and peaceful people, but this attitude strained us. So I advise you to think before you go to this hotel. . You will say that you will not sit in the hotel for a day, yes. But I want a normal relationship with myself and a minimum of comfort. I never write reviews, but here it just accumulated.
