We returned from Bulgaria yesterday, rested with a child of 4 years old, and a niece with a child of 3.8 years old, as it was written on our package of documents - our vacation expert - TUI, that is, his representative met us at the airport and escorted us to the bus, two suitcases no one helped women with small children to put them in the luggage compartment, the driver looked at us and spoke on the phone, we didn’t drive to the hotel for long, but they dropped us off across the road from the entrance to the hotel, explaining that the bus could not drive up to the entrance (although later every day we watched both disembarkation and landing at the door of the hotel, and they took us from the hotel already from the door, on the same big bus) - this is about cordiality and hospitality.

They settled into the room quickly, the room itself is a two-room apartment in general good, only the promised bathrobes and slippers were not cleaned, as evidenced by the sand and debris on the carpet, dust on the bedside tables. Towels were changed on time, at night, ventilation was apparently turned off and by morning the bathroom smelled of sewerage. They didn’t find the promised park around the hotel, it doesn’t exist at all, of course it’s not 70 meters to the beach, go across the road, through a series of cafes and shops, at least 10 minutes... the first line of the beach, (it is separated by a rope) is paid, one sun lounger is 7 leva , an umbrella for another 7 leva, behind a rope, on a free beach, people lie on towels, through which you have to maneuver to reach the sea. On a paid beach, although they collect garbage, there are still a lot of cigarette butts, in general, the sand is not golden... You could swim only in the morning, while there were still not very many people, later the youth who had been walking the day before woke up and companies with beer plunged waist-deep into the water, made noise, laughed, played ball, it should be noted that the toilet for two cabins on the beach paid 0.5 leva and there was never a queue for it, so think for yourself... Very dirty on the way from the sea to the hotel, although our hotel employees every morning they cleaned along the fence, but it didn’t last long.
Kitchen.
We had an AL food system, there was no children's table or menu, for breakfast muesli, cereal, milk, pancakes, scrambled eggs, every day the same thing, children's yoghurts were all day 4, cereals never. Fruits were always - watermelon, melon , oranges, bananas, apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, plums, so the dessert is in order. The rest of the menu is always the same, french fries, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, sometimes mushrooms and beans, only chicken meat was tasty, the rest was practically not chewed, a couple of times there was delicious fish, of course we didn’t go hungry, but it was problematic to feed the children - either spicy or tasteless.
The pools are good, only the seagulls swam and swam in the big one every evening, of course they spoiled, in the morning, apparently, the employees cleaned, but still not pleasant. Our children really liked the children's pool, but for some reason there is no shower near it, only near an adult, it is very inconvenient, since it is not close to get around through the hedge.
The children's club practically does not work, there were no children there several times, and there are no toys either, only an evening disco, which we went to, although the neighboring hotel has a children's room with toys, slides with balls, and so on, but already for money - hour -12 leva, that's where they played...
It is very noisy on the street, especially in the evening, and at night there are a lot of people, drunken youth, the street along the embankment is one continuous market with cafes, attractions, bars, hairdressers, tattoo parlors, shops, etc. the children were "stupid" and so were we, so it was possible to sit quietly only on the territory of the hotel.
So, choosing a vacation spot with young children next time, we definitely won’t choose Sunny Beach. . .

the hotel is very good, the only negative is that you don’t go straight to the beach, otherwise until you reach the sea with a child, you will stumble upon slot machines, then you will stumble upon toys, water and lollipop, so you need to stock up on money. The food is normal, we had breakfast dinner, unfortunately, there are so many tempting cafes around and cheaper than at the hotel that you didn’t want to go to the hotel, and you won’t stay gold on the beach, like in the Crimea and fruits, shrimp buns, corn, water, the locals will not die of hunger.

Rested in August with my son (8 years old). I liked the hotel very much: clean, modern, free WiFi in the room, a beautiful large balcony where you can sit perfectly in the evening with a glass of wine. The pool area is large - there is where to swim. But, as elsewhere, it is better to borrow sunbeds before breakfast - just put a towel on.

The pool area is large - there is where to swim. But, as elsewhere, it is better to borrow sunbeds before breakfast - just put a towel on. By the way, towels are provided, you don't need to bring your own. If you come later - there is a place, but maybe not where you would like.
We had half board. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. We ate at the pool bar. No complaints about the quality and quantity of food. The buffet is changing, the cakes are very nice.
There are many small shops around the hotel. So you can always buy water, fruits and vegetables (although this is enough for dinner), sweets.
Went out to sea twice. For our taste - dirty, too many people, the food is several orders of magnitude worse than in the hotel (although probably cheaper).
There are 2 water parks nearby: we walked to one (although you can take a free bus), you have to go to the second one - it is in Nessebar. But it's very close, there are no problems with buses. There are a lot of people in water parks, but the child is delighted, and this is the main thing.
We went on three excursions. Nothing out of the ordinary, but overall not bad for a change. A very interesting, albeit difficult (with night crossings) tour to Istanbul by bus. Still highly recommend.
Well, the proximity to Nessebar is a plus. The old city is amazing.
Parents - beware! Around a huge number of tents with toys. Children are simply blown away. We were bringing back a huge amount of some kind of nonsense that was "absolutely necessary" to buy.
For 8 years, my child has traveled half the world. I was very afraid that he would not like Bulgaria against the backdrop of more luxurious places. I'm very glad I was wrong. This year we will go again - he is already asking. So I recommend it to everyone.
