I'll start from the very beginning. We left Kyiv by bus at 7.00. We had the last places - 53.54, at first we were very upset, but then we realized that we were the most lucky, we lay all the way in the last five places and slept. At 17.00 we were at the customs Ukraine - Romania, we stood for 3.5 hours. At 6.00 in the morning we were at the border of Romania - Bulgaria, we stayed here for 2.5 hours. At 11.00 we were in Sunny Beach. We were promised, and absolutely everyone who was traveling with us, that they would drop off near the Balkan hotel, and then who went where, but it was completely different, we were all dropped off at the bus stop and the agents sorted out all the tourists and took them to the hotels. exactly at 12 we were at the hotel. Literally in 15 min. we were given a number. No. 413. When we entered the room, we were a little shocked (photo attached), we did not expect such "modesty": the walls are white ceilings, as on the facade, a table, a chair and a cabinet. There are 2 plastic chairs on the balcony. Very empty and not comfortable. In general, we arrived at the sea, and it did not disappoint us, but we were so measured with an overnight stay. All that was cleaned in the room is garbage and towels, and then they need to be thrown on the floor otherwise they won’t change. As for the beach, the sea is clean, and the sand is all polluted with cigarette butts. A deck chair costs 8lev (40 UAH) per day. But we didn’t lie down and swam in the sea. And so people take towels and umbrellas with them and lie a little further behind the rows of sun loungers.
as for the food at the hotel, it is monotonous and there is one shift there, lazy as sleepy flies. The menu is the same: scrambled eggs, pasta, croutons, 3 types of sausage, ham, cucumbers, tomatoes, 3 types of croissants, peaches or plums or watermelon. Powdered juice, coffee and tea. Well, in principle, it was enough to kill hunger. (We only went for breakfast alone and it's very good. )
In the city, a lot of entertainment, food in restaurants is really cheap and huge portions, we found one cozy restaurant "Troya" and almost always went there. And really reading the reviews of previous tourists, the further inland from the beach, the cheaper.

I flew on a parachute - 50 lev (250 UAH), on a scooter 40 lev (200 UAH) and ride for half an hour.
As for the way back, after it we decided we would never go anywhere else by bus, it was the first and last time. So. At 12.00 we were asked to vacate the room, until 15.30 we were sitting in the hotel lobby, my husband was still swimming in the cold pool, and exactly at 15.30 they came for us by car, took another couple, brought us back to the place where they dropped off, and left at 17.30 . At 21.00 we were at the border between Bulgaria and Romania. At 22:20 we set off again. By the way, on this border there was an embarrassment with one family, so you know what happens. They stood aside from the bus like everyone else, and suddenly their bus leaves the queue and goes, the man ran after him and started banging on the driver’s door, zero reaction, the bus goes on, he and his wife and son run and shout after him, and he picks up speed and leaves. Then the man asked to get on the next departing bus, but they didn’t want to take him, then the whole family went to the border guards, they walked along the border for a long time, what and how further we don’t know. everyone giggled, but after not a single bus took the family, they began to stomp right next to their buses. That's it.
But an adventure happened to us too, at 9.15 we arrived at the Romanian-Ukrainian border and then we were dumbfounded that the bus of the DORIS company, which we were traveling back and forth, did not go further, they say their license is expired and the Ukrainians do not want to let them in. We were dropped off the bus, everyone is in shock, dragging their trunks across the border on foot, swearing loudly and yelling. At 12.30 we were picked up by a Ukrainian wreck, which broke down 3 times in 4 hours, but we didn’t get out like everyone else in Kyiv, but in Kamenetz-Podolsky, and people envied us, because the drive from the border to Kamenets was 1.5 hours and we drove 4.5 then I can imagine what time they were in Kyiv. That's how it was taken by NEWS Travel.
And in general, Bulgaria is 10 times better and cheaper than Crimea, but it still has room to grow.
