I will say right away that the review is not based on emotions....the information is weighed, and believe me, we traveled and sailed the whole world and saw quite a few, but today Riviera Beach tops our own black list.

The elevator is vacuumed several times a day, but the mirrored metal panels are smeared with greasy hands, why can't the cleaning lady lift her head up? For 2 weeks, they never rubbed. Number....in this case, 229th. There is a trace of a forgotten iron on the floor, stains on the walls, non-working sockets, in the hall the TV is on a broken support... therefore, it is slightly tilted by 15 degrees. is he. As a fisherman who knows how to cook fish, I will say……. . all the staff against the wall! ! I go in during the day with my family, we ask for a couple of beers and snacks, at this time the girl sweeping the floor (a broom in one hand, a scoop in the other) throws her inventory and starts pouring beer for us and wearing what we ordered on the table....she didn’t even wash her hands ! ! ! ! A restaurant in the second building on the 1st floor (I don’t remember the name). There was a broken plate in front of the entrance for 3 days, tourists walked on fragments of porcelain....until they were finally crushed. We observed the situation as the waiters beat a local guy who accidentally came in, apparently he wanted to have a bite to eat and drink for free. The security service appeared in 10-15 minutes, in the amount of 1 person, by that time the "violator" was already in a state of groggy....but nevertheless the guard could not competently block him....a couple walked around him... then he would take his hand …they will hug  And in general, this incident showed that the perimeter of the hotel is not guarded and in such a situation all the staff is lost and does not know what to do, complete anarchy…the waiters are fighting…. . and the full restaurant of tourists is left to their own devices. Swimming pool. It is not cleaned at all...... and in the evenings a crowd of seagulls flies there, about 20-30 pieces....they wash, swim, etc. Restaurant Riviera....do not try to take your child there !!!!!! ! It was there that we poisoned our baby!! ! The unsanitary conditions are terrible. After dinner on August 30, we spent several “unforgettable” days at the hospital in Varna.
I would like to positively note only the work of the reception - excellent, the kids club on the 1st floor is excellent and the lobby bar is just super.
