Was in this hotel from July 19 to September 15.2010 with a small child. Mixed impressions. And probably 2 weeks on impressions is completely different than 2 months. On the one hand, it corresponds to its stars: 1) food: quite varied without frills, there are different fruits, all kinds of meat, there was a lot of fish, vegetables in abundance, every week - traditional evenings (when they decorate a restaurant in the national style and the food is all entirely national) - pastries, sweets, national dishes, animators distribute bread and salt at the entrance), folk music plays. … More ▾ Was in this hotel from July 19 to September 15.2010 with a small child. They even allowed food to be carried to the room (the child sometimes did not have time to wake up for dinner). Ice cream, snack bar almost all day. For 2 weeks, I won’t get bored for sure, but for 2 months, of course, I got fed up. Cons - from milk - only sour milk and milk, although you can even exist well on sour milk, but you start to miss kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese (it simply doesn’t exist in Bulgaria - it’s not clear what, called Sirene - rather cheese - to impossibility salty (((), and also - in 2 months my head was swollen from the same musical selection - 20 songs that were constantly and regularly played there daily... I already asked and joked and complained, all to no avail. . . you need to come there either at the opening and fight for places with German pensioners, or already at the end, when everyone has left....lunch time is too early in my opinion - from 12:30 to 14:30, given that breakfast ends at 9:00, and at 18:30 already dinner... well, this is my opinion. 2) Location: quiet, comfortable, we got a park-view room, but in real life it was a sea-view, because it was a corner one and both the park and the sea were visible. The rest of the rooms overlooking the park did not have balconies. It was especially nice to constantly fall asleep to the sound of the sea and no extraneous sounds. Cars were driven very infrequently. . The territory is well-groomed, a lot of greenery, trees, flowers, it was safe for the child to be there, even if she ran away from my field of vision - we had bracelets on our hands, which, if anything, reported which hotel we were from. Cons: the road that went straight towards the balcony - people constantly walked along it, and since the balcony was on the 2nd floor, it was uncomfortable, because everyone looked at the balcony, it was necessary to settle higher. Even the hotel itself was very far from the exit from the territory of the Riviera, and the road to the exit was uphill. Although there was a shuttle bus, but once an hour, and if he didn’t have time, he was late, and sometimes he simply didn’t come at the appointed hour, which is why no one could answer me. 3) Beach: quiet and deserted except for the peak time: from 11 to 15, but we just spent this time in the room, escaping the heat. And in the evening, the coastal trees created additional shade in certain places, for us it was very important. The entrance to the sea is excellent, the waves are not strong, since it was the territory of this beach that was limited by the pier, which created something like a bay. It was possible to go to other beaches of the Riviera, but there were no free sunbeds like there. There was one hydrogen sulfide shower on the beach (for some reason, others turned it off and this one beat with a huge massage jet - not suitable for everyone), but huge queues of people over 40 constantly lined up on it....don't wait…. Cons: dirty beaches - shells, algae are everywhere, and it all stinks terribly....and what is most terrifying - there are more crows than gulls! There was a large oak tree in front of the hotel, there were their nests, and they croaked terribly, making it difficult to sleep, and they also created competition for seagulls... and in general, not a very pleasant view - the sea and crows. Periodically there were jellyfish. . I do not know what it is connected with. And there was also a sharp boulder on the beach, which was hidden under the sand at high tide, and it was great to get scratched when entering the sea. 4) Entertainment: This is of course the animators. Everything was great. Young cheerful guys. Conducted sports games and entertainment programs. They were also willing to provide babysitting services. Without them, life on the Riviera would be completely insipid and boring. They even turned on German pensioners. Swimming pool - it was possible to use 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool on the territory of the Riviera. The water is good. 5) Room: since this club was built in the 60s, the entire housing stock has remained since that time and has not changed - all carpets, furniture, wallpapers, doors and lamps, but everything! Old and Soviet, smelling of antiquity. The doors are creaky, the locks are ordinary, the audibility is great, the ants are easily started from one drop of water and difficult to get out. And all in dark gloomy colors. Despite the cleaning, the impression of dilapidation is created !! ! This angers me the most. Sucks! ! For such a lot of money it would be possible to change the interior! 6) Service: sooooo unobtrusive. In order to achieve something, it was necessary to conflict, I don’t know why it happened, but my justified claims met as something out of the ordinary: I constantly asked not to move the bedside tables to the bed, the child would fall there headfirst, at least henna - and once and happened, all requests were forgotten or not fulfilled, people were constantly changing at the reception and, of course, nothing was transmitted. young waiters (s), who do not know Russian or (at least) English, due to the inability to explain even some trifle, had to pass any request through their supervisor, which led to groundless conflicts and sidelong glances of the former. The cleaners, like the waiters, did not understand Russian and were very shy... when I turned to them, they were very scared)))) (((. At the request to do something with the ants, they sprayed some kind of very smelly liquid-spray!!! ! which was weathered for another day and it was not possible to stay there!! ! And much more....In short, the hotel does not correspond to its value a bit! price

I miss you, I want to go back, no matter what...
