We had a paid tour for 2 weeks in this hotel, unfortunately, a week before departure, my wife broke her arm. We contacted the hotel, confirmed that we were going with a cast, and asked to reschedule the tour for 2 weeks. The hotel still charged us a fine for 2 nights - we refused them, we will go to another hotel in Bulgaria. Now, on our history, I sincerely advise everyone to have travel insurance. This hotel has its own rules against the interests of tourists - very "economical"
