Overall impression - NIGHTMARE!
Receptionist, repairman and workers on the territory work well. And only because it is the "old guard". With the change of manager, the hotel turned into a typical "deuce". The replacement of rooms with smaller ones is flourishing. Instead of a "Large Apartment" (90 sq. m. ), they can easily settle in an "Apartment" (60-72 sq. m. ) or even a studio. If they settle in rooms like 7102.7105, 7202.7205 and the like, feel free to ask for relocation. They have a partition and the bedroom has neither windows nor air conditioning. These rooms are less than 60 square meters. m. Does not help - go to the police. After all, the difference in price is palpable. Or do you like to pay for a car and get a bike?
Room cleaning - at best, put toilet paper and remove garbage. And that is not always the case. After the previous tenants, ear sticks remained under the bench. Moved the banquette, they were in sight. And they were “not noticed” for 4 days, until the cleaners were poked with their noses into the garbage. Dust is not wiped for months. Dirt under the bed, sand on the balcony and cobwebs behind the TV are eternal! You poke your nose - they will remove it with a smile. No, there will be garbage. Sinks, tubs and toilets are never washed. Linen is changed not every three days, as promised, but once a week. You sweat every time you sleep. The benefit of the spouse (God bless her) took sheets and pillowcases from home. I note with sadness that such disgrace is unacceptable for the Troika.
Breakfasts. Advice to visitors - take a mug, a bowl and, of course, forks and spoons from home. Otherwise, there will be problems either with the stomach or with the oral mucosa. So, the dishes are almost always half dirty. They preferred to use spoons and forks taken from home. In addition, dishes are almost always missing. If you don't arrive at 8 o'clock, you will stand and wait. Somehow, after numerous complaints, they put up new dishes. No one washed it like that - they put it out right with cardboard between the plates. "Restaurant" covered in the air. Wasps and flies - in abundance. And if it rains (and it happens) - sit on a wet chair. Closed space includes 3-4 tables for 4 people…
Typical breakfast - cheese, sausage or sausages from vacuum bags (not heat-treated - hello, indigestion), yogurt (like sour cream), cucumbers - tomatoes, balls or cereals, olives, buns, croissants without filling, bread - loaf, two -three types of cookies, plain and processed cheese, sometimes pates, and also confiture, coffee and tea from a machine, milk (at the beginning 1.5% fat, at the end of the rest - 0.1% fat - yes, yes, and such happens! ), butter (actually margarine), sugar, salt, vinegar.
Fruits deserve a separate place. They were plums - half rotten or frankly green. And also - oranges treated with some kind of muck, cut into pieces and unwashed. I know for sure about 5 cases of poisoning people after breakfast at the hotel. One of them, a boy of 8-10 years old, vomited right on the path near the residential building. And what do you think has changed in the kitchen? NOTHING! And all antibiotics (and levomycetin - too) in Bulgaria - by prescription. Call the doctor first. . .
Eternal queues, lack of dishes, then bread, then sausages, then coffee, then something else, swarms of wasps and flies make an indelible impression on breakfasts in the "restaurant". By the way, during my student days, the institute canteen was much cleaner, and the cleanliness of the dishes is even nothing to compare...
The only consolation is the sea! Near the hotel there are many shops where you can buy anything you want. Lots of cafes. But the hotel spoils the whole impression of the rest. Good luck with your vacation and think about when choosing a hotel - are you ready for the extreme! ?
