Room: standard furniture in good condition, everything as in the picture, in your room there was a refrigerator, two glasses, two wine glasses, there is no kettle, so it is better to bring your own, as well as cups and teaspoons. Balcony: with plastic chairs and a table, one chair was broken, so we had to put a towel on it, because there were bruises on the legs, there was a dryer on the balcony, but you need to take a couple of clothespins with you, we had a view from the balcony of the local river, the sea was only a little is visible.
Toilet and shower: I wish there was one more towel that could be placed on the floor when you get out of the shower, because the water then stands and dries for a long time, some towels had yellow spots, none of our towels were changed in five days once, but we didn’t take them to the beach, we only used them in the room, so they were still normal, toilet paper was constantly brought, we didn’t have time to use it, of the cosmetics there were only shampoo, three small bottles and three solid soaps, so shower gel I advise you to take it with you or buy it on the spot, there was a hair dryer, I washed the glass for the brushes because it was not clean. Cleaning: it was every day, but the floor was washed only in the room, but not in the bathroom, I wiped with toilet paper and wet wipes, and in addition, there was a garbage bucket in the bathroom, so it was never cleaned, garbage was thrown out of the bucket which was around the table.
As for food, I chose the BB concept, that is, only breakfast, there was not much choice, every day there were sausages, omelettes, boiled eggs, feta cheese, and one hard cheese, pate, cucumbers, tomatoes, cereal, beans in tomato sauce, from pastries puff pastry envelopes with filling, once every five days there were croissants with chocolate, and then every day a chopped chocolate sponge cake, which was soaked in nothing, and there was never enough, because people took five pieces of it, there were macarons a couple of times, coffee with the vending machine was normal, what they call juices was terribly diluted, just water, it was better to take cola, the packaged tea ran out instantly, there was nothing for my daughter to brew, I had to take plain water, because she does not drink coffee.

And I would also like to note our dear compatriots, who packed food for themselves in bags, just croissants, puff pastry envelopes and even tomatoes with cucumbers, I have never seen such a disgrace, you could not take food with you anywhere, but here it was like myself . In addition, we arrived at the hotel at two o'clock in the afternoon, we were checked in immediately, but we missed one breakfast, but we were not offered anything in return, at least one trip to the snack bar. No one accompanies you to the room, so you have to look for it yourself, and the hotel is large, four buildings that are divided into sections, we lived in N. From the staff, no one was rude to us, there was no conflict with anyone, everything was fine. As for the market on the territory of the hotel, thank God it was possible to pay with a card so that you can not change the coins. The selection in the market is small, I don't know the prices, like in local stores.
By the way, you can also pay by card in local shops in Akheloi, but if the purchase is less than 10 levs, they do not accept cash and only levs, euros and especially dollars. The beach: the sea was clean and warm, the beach was two-level, on the first there were only umbrellas without sunbeds, although people wrote that there were sunbeds but without mattresses, they removed them altogether, so take towels, blankets and umbrellas with you, because the hotel is big, and everyone may not have enough umbrellas, the beach itself is narrow at the bottom, but there were not so many people and you could find a place under the sun. Wi-Fi was good everywhere in the hotel except for the beach. There were not enough sunbeds and umbrellas near the pools, because the hotel is big and people were throwing towels on the sunbeds and taking their seats at six o'clock, the pools were open until 00:00, I don't know if they were heated, but they were colder than the sea. We were not on the slides.
We didn't need parking, but it was hard to find a place there, everything was occupied by Romanians and Bulgarians. I would go to this hotel again, it is possible if I go to Bulgaria again. If you want more entertainment, then this is not the place for you.
