First time in Bulgaria and would come back again. We stayed from the end of August to the beginning of September 2012.
Comfortable in every way and very comfortable. This is how I would describe my stay at this hotel. It is convenient because on the one hand the sea (20-30 steps), behind the hotel there is a shop (of a married couple who runs this hotel) with various trifles and soft drinks, to the left and to the right (30-50 m. ) there are mini markets, to the left of the hotel - the city of Ravda (600m), to the right - the new Nessebar (1.1km) with a bunch of shops and restaurants and the old Nessebar. Old Nessebar is generally a small country. Even if you are not relaxing in this city, then you definitely need to go there, otherwise you will not understand Bulgaria to the end.
Harmony Beach is a small hotel run by a family. The people are very nice and will tell you everything. Money can also be changed with them without fear (on average, the euro exchange rate is 1.92, the hryvnia exchange rate is 0.17 lev). In Nessebar, the rate is higher than in Ravda, but slightly). The rooms are simple but cozy, ie. there are no crystal chandeliers and plasmas on the entire wall (and you don’t need to), but everything is new and clean. When we arrived, rooms with sea views were available and they gave us no problems (they didn’t pay for it, as in Egypt). Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every three days, and bed linen every five days. There is a small refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, no hair dryer. There is an ironing board and iron in the hallway. A feature of the hotel is that the tables in the hotel cafe are located in the shade of fruit (peach, pomegranate, fig) and hide you from the heat. Around mostly young hotels without greenery - a maximum of bushes. You can eat in the hotel cafe inexpensively (from 5 to 15 levs on average per person, depending on appetite). For convenience, I will say that 2 leva, approximately - 1 euro.

The beach is sandy, the bottom is sand and in some places stones. During our stay there were always small waves. Therefore, there were algae on the beach and in the water. They were removed in the morning. But we noticed an interesting thing - algae can be in one place, and after 10 meters they are gone, and the next day it's the other way around. Those. you could choose a place. The sea itself is clean. Sunbeds and umbrellas on one side of the beach are paid (lev 7), but on the other side of the beach there are places for vacationers with their own umbrellas and bedding (we know that on other beaches this is either prohibited, or there is very little space left for this).
Our breakfasts were included. This is not a buffet, but the waiter takes out portions for everyone. As a rule, eggs (scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs or just hard boiled), sausages or ham, cheese or cheese, tomato, toast, jam, butter and a choice of tea or coffee. Simple, but enough. We dined more often in this cafe, but for dinner we “diversified” - we tried different restaurants and different dishes. My advice is to pay attention to the portion size, they are usually large. It is better to take different dishes, one for two. We have not tried everything, but everything is very tasty and satisfying. Prices in Ravda and Nessebar are different. In Ravda, it is much cheaper, but no less tasty. In any case, you won’t stay hungry; there are a lot of fast foods where you can eat both the first and the second (for two, 10-15 lev). Delicious pizza is sold everywhere, palanchinki (pancakes with various fillings), donuts with jams and chocolate, corn with sauces (boiled, hot corn in cups, which, if desired, can be poured with either caramel, or honey, or jam, or garlic sauce or... ) , and what cakes with fruit, strawberries filled with jelly or chocolate and a lot of different sweets, the price for which is from 1.5 to 3 lev). Fish restaurants with seafood and fish on the grill, I also advise. On average, in a cafe or restaurant (in Ravda) for two, you can have dinner and a drink for 25-40lev, i. e. 12-20 euros). Souvenir shops and shops are also at every step. If you take an apartment with a kitchen and plan to cook for yourself, then it’s better to skimp at the large Lidl market (in Ravda near the water park). The water park is also impressive in size and attractions. Price per day 38 lev per person).
I can write a lot, because positive emotions and impressions overwhelm me. I will say this, in the price-quality ratio, the scales outweigh the quality. And Bulgaria, and the people, and the hotel have never upset. They were very satisfied.
(P. S. All the photos that I looked at on different sites are true. The only thing is that they do not have the greenery and trees that I wrote about. Because these are old photos. The hotel is already 11 years old)
